During the severe pandemic, there are several officers who are working untiringly and spending sleepless night to contain the spreading spree of new strain of cronavirus in Jammu and for this one police officer who is discharging his duties as Sub Divisional Police Officer RS Pura Mr Shabir Ahmed Khan KPS.
As per him, “COVID-19 pandemic has obsessed the entire world and we have an opportunity to make this Ramzan a symbol of patience, harmony, sensitivity and service.”
In a bid to spread awareness about the severity of the coronavirus pandemic, Mr Shabir Khan here has made a unique ‘Corona’ awareness drive right from his own Sehri to Iftari time by standing 24 hours on road to dissuade commuters from coming out on the streets during the nationwide lockdown. The local people said they salute such officers as Shabir Ahmed Khan is an asset to the entire nation.
Me Shabir Khan is among those officers who are enough visionary to understand the utmost need of the situation and then he took the job as his personal work and did the job more than a capacity of a police officer.
