*Why department is not caring for those who have not served a single day in Jammu district?
*Department of Skill Development Jammu & Kashmir revolves around the three Principals and dislikes others.

Will someone in Department of Skill Development deliver justice to those Principals who are serving in remote areas continuously? Why the department is revolving around the three Principals? Are only three Principals having the rights to serve in Jammu districts since their promotions? Who is behind in this injustice spree delivered to six Principals? What type of influence works in transfers and postings of Principals of Department of Skill Development and how three Principals manage the same influence? Why not they have a rationalized policy in transfer of postings in regard of Principal? Why not they opt the procedure of only one tenure in Jammu district for one Principal? These are the questions irritating in the mind of common man in general and in the mind of staff in particular and Secretary must reply to theses answers.
In the Department of Skill Development, Jammu & Kashmir especially in Jammu, three Principals are having the say on the department whereas other Principals are the children of lesser God, who never be posted in Jammu district. The transferring authority revolves around these three Principals, whereas the other Principals are treated as second class employee of the department as they have no right to be posted in Jammu district.
The three Principals who are again and again getting the postings in Jammu district included Ritu Jamwal who only remained Principal in Government Polytechnic in Reasi for one term out of five terms since 2012, she served two terms in Government Women Polytechnic Jammu and now she got second term in Government Polytechnic Jammu. Prior to this she was working as Principal Government Women Polytechnic Jammu within distance of 3 to 4 kilometres.
The other Principal is Arun Bagotra who served two terms in Government Polytechnic Jammu first term for two years and second term for four years. He was transferred to very easy destination like Kathua and Udhampur, which are very near to Jammu. He remained 6 years in Jammu district but not a single month in the hilly areas like Poonch, Doda or Ramban.
The third one is Neelanjana Manvati who remained attached with the office of Director and remained in Jammu. Whereas in other term she served as MD SDM and Director Skill Development, besides, one tenure Samba and one tenure in Government Polytechnic Jammu and now again she got posted at Government Women Polytechnic Jammu. She have served only one term Samba institute, which was the part of Jammu district few years ago.
The other Principals are being transferred from one remote station to another and from hilly station to another as administration treat then the children of lesser God.
