*The purpose of clogging the inquiry team so that it cannot reach on the locations so that truth may not come out.
*The sequence of this episode indicates that some Forest officials wanted to heckle the scribes to deter them for further reporting in the illegal felling of Khair trees and nexus operating in Maira Mandrian.
*Let the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests may intervene and order an enquiry by the Crime Branch or ACB to detect the nexus operating to loot the green golden.
*Mr LG Manoj Sinha, no doubt you are preoccupied in Covid pandemic but send your roving eyes to check the open loot of green golden at the time when the country is passing through a crucial period. A case of anti-national may be registered against those people who are involved in this nexus.

Illegal felling of Khair trees in Maira Mandrian tehsil is not a small thing but it is an indicator that there is a big scandal and which needs a thorough probe by some professional agency like Crime Branch, ACB or even CBI as the departmental enquiry would not able to dig the truth from the curves of departmental tit-bits.
The situation is saying different things and the Forest officials are saying other thing, which is very confusing and disturbing.
Let me explain you that yesterday, the Ranger of the Kalidhar Range Pawan Sharma asked our one of the correspondents Atul Sudan to accompany him as he was appointed as inquiry officer to enquire the episode of illegal felling of trees, which has hit the headlines of Jammu Jottings and Sudan agreed to extend cooperation. One another scribe Shiv Kumar Sharma also accompanied the Ranger to have first hand information over the issue. Meanwhile, Ranger judiciously conveyed to his subordinate Forester Surjit Chaudhary and one Guard Rohit Kumar. Two scribes went with Pawan Sharma and everything was going smoothly but meanwhile Block Officer/Forester Surjit Chaudhary alongwith his two guards Rohit Sharma and Deepak Kumar came and received their officer near about 6 kilometres before the destination then they proceeded towards their destination. As just they moved one kilometre more, they were intercepted by a mob, which was likely waiting for the scribes. The mob comprising near about 50 persons had come before our vehicle and clogged the movement. They were much adamant not to move forward upto Trodian.
They were clogged at the village Nardi and it is the village of Guard Rohit Sharma, which is an indicator that Rohit Sharma was involved in creating protest or he knowing all about this. The doubts get more strength, when Rohit Sharma opted silence when people were clogging them and not made a single attempt to pacify the people of his village as it was very easy for him to convince the people.
Now the question is this that how the people came to know about the movement of scribes those who were called by the Ranger himself? Who instigated the people about the inquiry to be done by the Ranger? Why those innocent people were provoked and for that they were provoked? It is very easy mathematics that people of villagers are very true, gentle and state forward, besides they are so innocent that anyone can win their trust.
There was one panch or sarpanch among the protestors and everything was going in her presence. No doubt, she opposed the movement of inquiry officer to move ahead to the spot, but it seems that she was unaware the facts. The people were saying they have own the land and so they can curt the trees but she was unaware that the nexus operating Maira Mandrian has cut the trees from the state land.
The one more question which is irritating in the mind that the protestors clogged them for Trrodian but the Forester and Guards again played the game and avoided to movement to other spots, which is a planned game. The team has to visit near about 7 locations but as per the planned strategy the team was stopped for one location and they cancelled the inspection of other locations including Maira, Gasanoo, Mundh, Manoha etc but the whole episode seems to be well directed to hide the truth of large khair scam.
Now it is the moral responsibility of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests to step in this issue and get everything enquired by a specialized & professional investigating agency to decode the nexus working in Maira Mandrian.
I tried to talk with the Chief Conservator of Forests and called on his mobile but on the other side the call remained unattended reason better known to him.
