ACM Public School is based on fraud, deceit, doddery and flam
*Let we see that who will take cognizance of fraud made by the owner of ACM Public School, may be Lt Governor Manoj Sinha will take action against the culprits and arrest them.

ACM Public School Janipur is only educational institute in the Jammu, which is entirely based on fraud, deceit, doddery and flam, which is wholly contrary to the ethics to be an educational institute as the education is very holy, truthfulness, righteousness, divine and inviolable mechanism in the world.
The education system is the only mechanism to produce good citizens for the society not for India but elsewhere in the world. The base of the educational institutions should be very constructive and must be based on certain principle with a motive to serve the society. The educational institutes are the only institution which can lead the world from darkness to light besides all the development in every field is the product of principled education but in Jammu one ACM Public School Janipur is not only totally illegal but immoral and unethical.
Let we start with the allotment of land that too in the favour of Neelam and the allotting authority was Jammu Development Authority (JDA), which later on cancelled the allotment on the basis that thee allotment has done by fraudulent means as produced by the applicant and her associates. The JDA has openly cancelled allotment, which ceases the ownership right of Neelam and with cancellation of land it again goes to JDA and she has no right over it. This is the one of the major frauds done by Nirmal Sachar and her associates that despite cancellation of land allotment by the JDA falling under Khasra No 1186 they have constructed the huge building. The JDA clearly states that vide its letter No CTP/JDA/BPC/768-72 dated 18-12-2010 that the allotment made in the favour of Ms Nirmal Sachar is illegal as such the NOC cannot be granted by JDA.
This is very much know to Nirmal Sachar and her associate that the allotment has done one fraudulent documents and base but despite knowing the facts of fraud, they have applied for Building Permission in the office of Jammu Municipal Corporation.
The Commissioner JMC has ordered to Senior Town Planner to keep the permission accorded vide No 840/BS/10 dated 15-09-2010 in abeyance. This order was made by its letter No 727/BS/10 dated 29/12/2010.
Now the office of Commissioner JMC is also under doubt that why it had accorded Building Permission to Nirmal Sachar in the absence of NOC from JDA which is most important document to seek Building Permission and the then JMC Commissioner and his associates have deliberately ignored the NOC from JDA. The letter in concern of NOC from JDA has been shot on 18-12-2010 vide its letter No CTP/JDA/BPC/768-72 but the Building Permission was granted on 15-09-2010 vide No 840/BS/10 three months earlier. Now the question that what was so hurry that JMC officials could not wait for NOC from JDA. The intention of JMC is under doubt and it should be investigated minutely and a case of forgery, cheating, misrepresenting the facts and deceit be filed against the then officials who are involved in the forgery and the beneficiary.
I have tried to present facts before the public domain and administration. The Lt Governor is entirely authorised to intervene in this issue and book all the culprits of JMC and including beneficiary, so that it may be example for others. The JMC must come in action and bulldoze the illegal building of ACM Public School to save the people from any disastrous incident. You people must make your opinion over a school with all illegalities. Let we see how the administration will take it and it is also litmus test for administration including district administration and JMC. I will come with more frauds of ACM Public School.
