Employees will rejoin Health & Wellness Center Devipur after being detached

The health of Health & Wellness Center, Devipur is not well and it needs immediate surgery from the senior health officials so the Director National Health Mission and other senior officials must intervene in this to give a fair treatment to it. The scarcity of the staff members is one of the biggest sicknesses of Health Department.
The center in question is having only three employees as per the concerned Block medical officer Akhnoor Dr Ashok Kumar, one is pharmacists and two are multipurpose workers. During pandemic of Covid-19, the pharmacist was attached with Sub District Hospital Akhnoor to combat against the virus. One of the multipurpose workers was also attached with other health center keeping in view the pandemic Covid-19 havoc and so there is only one worker in the entire Health & Wellness Center, Devipur. The reports further said that the employees recruited under NHM neither be transferred nor attached but maybe it was a special occasion that the staff has been attached.
The BMO said that On February 23, the concerned multipurpose worker was on duty and so there was no one to attend the center and hence the center was kept locked. He further told that the pharmacist has been detached and asked to rejoin his duty place and to work as the havoc of Covid-19 has decreased. He said that his staff is doing best to serve the society within the available resources and sources.
Here it is pertinent to mention that Health & Medical Education department in Jammu & Kashmir having the scarcity of staff of all levels, resulting in the suffering of the patients.
The Director National Health Mission, Jammu & Kashmir Chaudhary Mohammed Yasin IAS told that he would quickly take action if there is any kind of lapses on the part of any officials. Director wanted feedback in this concern so that he might be able to take action to put the things on right track.
