*Mr LG, please send your roving eyes to check the Department of Skill Development as some of the officials are skilled in managing their postings as per their choices & convenient and one of those is Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu sitting here since August 2017 as it is his second term here within a very short span.
*No one can flout the rules and regulations but maybe he has got special immunity to do so.

It is astounding but it is true that the Department of Skill Development in Jammu & Kashmir has been flouting all rules and norms laid for smooth running of the system and some of the influential officials are hell bent to damage its fabric for their personal interest.
I have already elaborated about it up to some extent and today I am going a little deep more as I have promised that with each passing day I would spin the beans one by one to expose all kinds of misdeeds. The sitting Principal of Government Polytechnic Jammu is one of the most influential officials of the Department of Skill Development who is wringing out the rules and regulation for his personal interest and managing his postings as per his choice.
Today I will come with a brief history of him and it will make every point clear in the public domain. Though it is a mystery that what kind of influence he is using but it is much sure that he is fetching the interest of those officials who are responsible for making posting in the said department.
In his first instant he has served as Principal from October 2013 to June 2015 and it was deemed as a genuine tenure and everyone has the right to serve. Let me tell you that hardly he completed two years in other institute, he again manage and joined as Principal Government Polytechnic Jammu on August 2017 and till then he is on the chair near about four years and whereas the other non-influential and honest persons are hankering ion remote areas of Jammu province, which is matter of great concern and should be minutely investigated in a professional way by a credible investigating agency of Government of India to detect the mysterious game plan of sitting Principal.
There are several more officials including HODs and lecturers who are mocking at the system by managing their postings as per their choices and convenience and such type of approach always give ample chances for corrupt practices in the department. So in concern of all such type of officials the angle of corruption must be investigated to ascertain the factual position.
