JKP gets into action on all illegalities underhand operations in Jammui!
*Mobiles were recovered and 2 persons arrested by Domana police.
*Stolen mobile phones worth Rs 4 lakh recovered by team of Police Station, Nowabad, Jammu, one accused arrested.

Jammu:
*This was sudden and screaming, it was furious and it was a charge to eradicate the ongoing steal and delivery!
*Mobile phones can be the easiest stolen commodities, either from the pockets or from shops!
*This had to be based on specific information and it was. So many phones, ear butts and speakers were confiscated.
*The whole thing was based upon an input where phones had been stolen from a shop in Marh on 23/01/2020!
*The case was registered under FIR No 234/2021 u/s 457/380 IPC dated 23.01.2021 in Police Station Domana.
*The follow up had to be as efficient one as the nabbing of the men indulging in this steal became a necessity.
*Questions are many but one man stood out. Just three days back he came to PS Domana. The name is Ravi Kant. Young man who believes in honest dealings. Domana is a tricky place, the kid knew but he jumped up like a cub off the hook and cracked the first case. Spectacular beginning but more crack ups are expected in the future!

One man in Marh owned a shop of mobile phones and the accessories that are a necessity with it. The shop was running fine but on 23/01/2020 something happened. Some men barged in, has to be in night and in a sudden night time theft got away with 42 Mobiles, ear plugs and a couple of speakers. Last time I saw this sort of a heist was on a Sony Television crime show, ‘Crime Patrol’. Such a big steal has to be done by amateurs trying to get professional. The cost effectiveness of the stolen goods at max was 5-6 Lakhs. Domana Police had begun its work and two people were rounded up but the police had gauged it correct, this was not over as yet and thus a plot was planned!
The plotters had to be SSP Jammu Sridhar Patil, SP Rural SP Sanjay Sharma, DYSP Domana Kosheen Koul and a new kid off the block Ravi Kant. This mobile phone heist had to be nipped in the bud forever and thus started the home run. This time they were on the fourth catch and Ravi Kant the SHO perhaps on the third day of his duty as an officer in charge of a Station House cracked the whole thing up prime time.
Something’s the Police Officers know as they go into join the duty and that has to be on the following lines, here is good, there is evil, there is noble dark. Noble dark is a form of love, it is the defense and protect aspect. So when we fight, we are good knights, every time. Ravi Kant proved it as he went in along with Kosheen for the mega catch worth 15-20 Lakhs worth of technological merchandize on way to a destination. This fight had been a choreographed dance of destruction of illegalities that was tearing apart the people. The thing had to be healed because people were feeling the pain. The time had come for some new moves. The time came to use empathy instead of an armory. It was time to let folks say the truths that had tortured them had been unearthed so that a new and better future can emerge. Definitely with this big expose by Jammu and Kashmir Police people of Marh are heaving a sigh of relief! In short a great job done!
Another big thing that SP Rural has got after is the functioning of the illegal stone crushers. This is the main stay on which the illegal land mafia that operates on dry stream and rivulet beds survives on. The mining on dry water bodies is a well known phenomenon. It is money and muscle that rules this dark world and in the areas in vicinity Akhnoor, this or that side of the bridges it is an acknowledged phenomenon. It’s great that the Police have got into action but it has to be a substantial one from here on!
I can feel the tension and hear the intensity in the tone of Police officers as and when they get into action. There’s ought to be a great deal of emotion behind the words they are speaking and they do something new and unbelievable! These new guys are different, something like me in uniform once upon a time when I always said to myself, ‘I do a pre-mortem. Instead of waiting for a disaster to unfold and then stress of the relationship post-mortem in days, weeks or maybe years to come, I calm myself and think of where my usual responses take us at these times. All I could do was try to make a new and hopefully better choice and see what unfolds. ’Trust Jammu and Kashmir Police because they are doing exactly that’! I’m not that old but fairly but I know what is right but could be wrong also but that’s a human tendency!
4 big catches in their net in just over a fortnight means that the Police have dug in deep. Not an easy task but yet done with aplomb ease. If they are aggressive then do not take them wrong because that is their duty, obviously a man/men cannot smile always. Police officer or police personnel need validation of his emotions, not some solution or apology. Because the things do go different, not magical fairytale-esque, but if a job has to be done for the healing of the people it has to be done! It’s not that a person counts at that time but in general the whole humanity! If there is something wrong happening somewhere Jammu and Kashmir Police will intervene wholesome. The happenings in Marh are a testimony to that! Obviously have to take a bow for Jammu and Kashmir Police!
In another incident a written complaint was lodged at PP Talab Tillo regarding theft of mobiles from a mobile shop B K Traders, in Talab Tillo area and a case FIR No. 07/2021 u/s 457/380 registered at P/S Nowabad.
After this special investigation teams of PP Talab Tillo under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqrs Swati Sharma were constituted. The team led I/C PP Talab Tillo SI Kali Charan while on patrolling duty rounded up a suspect coming from Khushvinder lane Talab Tillo. On search, 15 stolen mobiles worth cost Rs 4 lakh were recovered from his illegal possession. During sustained questioning, accused confessed his crime that the mobiles were stolen from the same shop.
Further investigation is going on to ascertain his inviting other cases.
