This sheer nonsense in Akhnoor should be put on the hold!

Officials of Revenue posted in Akhnoor are expert in changing the qism of land
*If someone has to change the Qism of land, please contact the revenue Officials posted in Akhnnor thet are fully authorized and expert in changing the qism, anywhere in Jammu & Kashmir.
*Khasra No 99 situated Badgal Khurd, Tehsil Akhnoor was originally belonged to Rood Khad/Gair Mumkin Khad but they have changed it into Baryal Abbal.
*The order of the FCR vide his office No FC-LS/Misc-288/2020 dated 22-10-2020 strictly prohibits that no one can buy the land falling under category of water sources, water courses, water bodies, Gair Mumkin Khud but the revenue officials posted in Akhnoor openly defy the orders of FCR, reasons better know to them.

Jammu:
Incidentally no official worth his salt is interested in the future of the Union Territory Jammu as far as lands go. In Kashmir some splendid actions have been but the ones in Jammu are yet beneath the wells and ponds, mostly dried up or run dry with great cover of stones and mud! A few do remain but their future absolutely unsafe from the eyes of land hunters. Reasons are in plenty but I will come to them later in the script but for now but I have a small tale to tell as to what happens when lands diminish and the population multiples arrive.
I have a story to tell here of the more sophisticated Mayan Civilization and as to why it got vanquished because of lack of natural facilities which were there in plenty but all thrown aside by the people the then!  Why Did the Mayan Civilization Collapse? Deforestation and Climate Change were the two main factors! A severe drought, exacerbated by widespread logging, appears to have triggered the mysterious Mayan demise. Bustling Mayan cities such as Tikal, in present-day Guatemala (Colombia, football loving and full of drug addicts), were likely abandoned due to a combination of deforestation and drought. It’s long been one of ancient history’s most intriguing mysteries: Why did the Maya, a remarkably sophisticated civilization made up of more than 19 million people then, suddenly collapse sometime during the 8th or 9th centuries? Although the Mayan people never entirely disappeared, their descendants still live across Central America, dozens of core urban areas in the lowlands of the Yucatan peninsula, such as Tikal, went from bustling cities to abandoned ruins over the course of roughly a hundred years. Environmental conditions when the area was abandoned were at their lowest ebb. Around that time, it was found, severe reductions in rainfall were coupled with an rapid rate of deforestation, as the Mayans burned and chopped down more and more forest to clear land for agriculture. But the crop was yield was next to nothing. Interestingly, they also required massive amounts of wood to fuel the fires that cooked the lime plaster for their elaborate constructions, experts estimate it would have taken 20 trees to produce a single square meter of cityscape. Solar radiations are now also said to be a must but tall buildings and bustling engines are a perfect guarantee that we are living in an era of artificiality inside a curtain of development. Akhnoor was also a civilization, great forest cover, lovely water bodies, lovely, great history but has someone gone beyond or beneath that period which has been listed or catalogued in history? The great excavations of Buddhist Period could have been used for research in Ambaran, Seeing pictures matters less but seeing and examining the same is great for writing for references. Last word:  Rver, Chandrabagha is a great name but who changed it into Chenab? There was someone but who was he? Could be the small signs of a big word called as civilization. Modern administrators could know it better but definitely not a clabbered Patwari on a money safari.! But the fact remains, the lack of forest cover also contributed to erosion and soil depletion. When will the people of Akhnoor realize that? If you have food you can travel a distance but if you have money and no food, then the next day neighbor for sure will refrain from providing the same welcome, and thereafter shut the doors, not because you won’t be given but because once you did pose that I need no money no more! Just go over what I’m arriving at. I told you reasons as to how the same happened is in the script:
So here I’m with that (I mean the script)!
*The modern day officials love to get into government jobs as they think they are safe and pensionable.
* So do the officials in any Department, but on this course of my elaboration I’m concentrating only on the Revenue landscape in Jammu and Kashmir.
* The bottom of the Pyramid, buried long and deep are the land records.
* They have all been written in very specific versions of the language which are continuous and more comfortable for the people coming and joining to J&K Revenue Department  but not the same as it was then and in those days when almost the entire world of humans were in different kinds of ages and the language in J&K was still specific. It is here the heirs lost.
*They Revenue officials do not certify as modern day tests as to who belongs to whom in progeny. So for words written in languages which the people do not understand now but yet they claim arr of their antecessors but no specification and clarification can be given.
*Heirs are many and specific history available is nothing except in Muhafiz Khanas. In the files, there the language in those dungeons and dust ridden, the lower strata of Revenue officials understand more and that is where the Qisms change at a rapid rate.
*Could I would be made to understand wht is Qism Sarkaar is first of all? The rest also belong to the Government!Q>E.D
In Akhnoor they are changing a bit too fast and that is disturbing?
But how?
*Jammu Jottings began this story of Qisms of land in Akhnoor.
*There were plenty which we covered in Akhnoor, to start with it were Qism Ghaas Charai ( grazing lands), the revenue department did nothing since it was a grazing land lying unattended. People from the hills used to come here and park themselves here? But it was reduced to nothing. By the way Akhnoor has quite a big time history of the present? I have the details of many figuratively once actively and now underhand figures there!
*The second was Qism Khuds sort of a  space where the water stagnated and thus came up Chois, or Talabs (ponds) , or Kuans (Wells), Chappris (perennial sources a summer time) or may be a void where cattle drank water. In Akhnoor none remains? Why?
*The people are scared of Chander Bagha or Chenab, that’s the only live wire, please do not get into its rivulets or streamlets since they could be devastating.
*It has happened before and it would be nonsensical to tell as to why Chenab is menacing at times.
There was a letter issued to the authorities by no less than the then Financial Commissioner on 18/10/2020. It had several things written on it but the administration in Akhnoor did not care about the same. This would drag down to many things. And one of the specific one is no one is interested in the instructions passed. Every official in administration in Akhnoor is passing the buck or duck down the chain: Reasons are necessary and here I come to realities:
*Corruption reigns supreme.
*Finance Commissioners Officer Letter No. LS/MISC-288/2020, date I have mentioned above has not been taken care off.
*In that letter it was clearly mentioned that water bodies had to be saved? It also mentioned that in case that some transaction has been made or an insertion made of the same was it ever reported in last two years. This letter is of 2020. So the report had to be given of 2018? Has so far given that?
*The letter also said that the above mentioned Qisms should have been considered whether they had been changed or whether they would be?
*A suggestion here why do not change the set of Patwaris right at the examination level as it is done Nationwide?
*Another one why not get the Public Administration Subject right to the grass roots!
*And why not change the concept of budding elected leaders down to serving the people?
*Why not a Day of conceptualizing a Day in India when it was could be enunciated at basic level could be the?
*It can be done so that that the Qisms of land of the people can be saved? And so could the other which were natural resources?
*For Patwaris, Girdawars and Niab Tehsildars? This could be helpful in a Job Bazaar/Dalal in J&K, need not tell the reasons as to why because everyone knows them in Akhnoor.
But their ancestors if awake now which always they are, would their progeny think of this syndrome wondering in the streets ever think that those streets I’m walking with the only beating heart, the only being of warm blood and flesh, could have ever! The mud walls around are doubtless, home to many in the fairly recent or could be a big past, redundant now yet now it was an unfamiliar maze to all like me but I’m alone searching for the mud walled house. The light fell on the words that spoke to nobody, unaware that their audience had vanished, or that the streets lay silent beneath no boots at all, save his. It was as if God had stopped time, removed all the distractions so he could see it for real, see how it really was, what it really was.
And in that moment all I wished (the lonely walker in a street in Akhnoor) for was another beating heart in this deserted city, another being of warm blood and flesh, one more pair of boots to walk next to his. This was a dream after I woke up when I got rudely awaken to tell me, this is no more your house! We bought it! Across the bridge is yet another locality! Could be your next home! The reality had just begun for the future to unfold! I knew that old Akhnoor was not the place to stay in now because my documents had been changed! I just could not understand what Qism  in land records meant. The story is true!~
