JMC, Revenue Department both turned into meek and quiet cat before Rajasthani land grabber
*It is completely negligence of Revenue Department that such incidents of selling of banned Gair Mumkin Khad increasing with each passing day. May be money-hunter has been used on them.
*The concerned revenue officers are trying to mislead and divert the attention as they have not given any written complain to the concerned police officials and only message has been forwarded to them.
* Chief Enforcement Officer Rajesh Gupta has exhorted that he would press his subordinates and get the work stopped and also demolish the illegal construction if found.

Revenue Department and Jammu Municipal Corporation both the departments are enough powerful, when the case belongs to a poor, genuine, approach less, and helpless person but when the issue of land grabbing belongs to a Rajasthani land grabber then both the departments have turned into like meek and quiet cat.
The issue is very serious in nature as the natural sources of Jammu & Kashmir are being plundered by hands of a land grabber who is an outsider and entered Jammu & Kashmir to destroy the property. He has backing of a corporate family and also self-style leader who is posing herself/himself a big leader of Jammu & Kashmir. The land belongs to Revenue Department and it is a Gair Mumkin Khud falling under the Khasra number 65 and 305. The total land in both khasras is near about 1900 kanals and it is for the purpose of natural drainage of the Jammu, whereas the land grabber has already laid hands on it and sold some part of the land on agreement to sell, which is illegal and a process of cheating the poor & innocent people of Jammu. But the self claiming champion of Jammu have opted criminal silence over it.
It is pertinent to mention that first the authorities of Jammu Municipal Corporation has opted that the land in question is not in the limit of JMC but later it has been confirmed that Khasra No 305 Lower Thatter is very much in the purview of JMC ward 63 and its corporator is Kuldeep Singh and whereas the Khasra No 65 of Gair Mumkin Khad of Gurha Brhamana Lower Thatter is in the limit of JMC Ward No 65 and the corporator is Anita Sharma.
The Corporator Kuldeep Singh has said that no illegal construction would be allowed in his areas and he will ask the concern authorities to put a strict vigil and if there would be any illegal construction found that would be dealt strictly. While lashing out on the Revenue Department, Kuldeep Singh said. “Why Revenue Department is sleeping over the illegal sale of Gair Mumkin Khad and what they are doing. They have full-fledge department from Patwari to Financial Commissioner Revenue and thousands of crores of rupees being spent on them as their salaries and other perks but they are proved themselves as worthless”.
When I contacted the Chief Enforcement Officer Rajesh Gupta, he told that he had come to know about the illegal construction of within the Jammu Municipal limit and the same would be stopped at first step and later all the illegal constructed houses would be demolished to retrieve the actual position of land. Gupta further said that tomorrow he would press his subordinates to check the facts and the construction works would be stopped on the spot. The concerned Inspector of JMC first tried to evade the question but later he accepted that the land in question is within the limits of JMC and it is responsibility of JMC to weed out the illegal construction within the limit.
The dubious thing is that two days ago the concerned Tehsildar had told that the Revenue Department has given in writing to police department for stopping any sort of illegal sale and purchase but our sources revealed that a message on WhatsApp have been conveyed to Police and no proper letter have been sent to police so that it may register FIR. I tried to contact the Tehsildar Jammu North Jai Singh but the call could not get mature.
I would like to explain the helplessness of the Revenue Department in the case of Gurha Brahmana Lowert Thattar case (Khasra No 65 and 305) that the money hunter has been used and the power of money can turn any officer into a meek and quiet cat, which is one of the powerful aspects.
