IG took it over but mutation was cancelled then why is he holding on?
*The matter of fact is that the mutation of both the parties have been canceled by the then SDM North clarifying that the said land not belongs to anybody but why government is not taking the possession of land and erecting its own board.
*Both the parties have lost the right over the land in question but the wavering attitude of revenue department is instrumental in creating doubts among the public over it performance.
*Why government and revenue department are so weak infront a retired IG of Jammu & Kashmir Police, who is hell bent to snatch the land from poor and trivial family.
*How the government will vacate the land from big fishes who have occupied under Roshani Act, if it surrenders before a retired IG of police.

*This is a tale of horrors as far as agricultural land goes.
*Not that, when at that time when this transaction happened Bhalwal was known for agricultural production though Mathwar was for what in winters is eaten as Dal Kulth. Sour it is great with radish as salad extremely delicious! Obviously the Retired IG would have never liked the same!
*But somehow the status of this land became as Qism Kasht  but how did this land become so is not known but what is the fact that far too many wrongs were done and all the records suggest that the same happened!
*What exactly happened, no one knows but one thing is certain that a Patwari, Niab Tehsildar and IG Retired were involved.
*The cancelled mutation is a testimony to the fact.
*The mutation was cancelled by the then SDM Jammu North, the name Avni Lavasa.
*She may or may not be an honest but these alphabets written from A to Z do speak the truth! Wrong for most but right for many!
*Otherwise also in revenue everyone is corrupt and the three departments, I will tell out, JDA, JMC and Revenue are corrupt conglomeration and if calculations are to be made in affirmative, then records are to be checked out to find out who is who?
*Three years of postings in any department of an official cannot for a frantic environment sort off a thing.
*Anyway the fact is that something has happened! How did it no one knows? But it has? Things have to be checked and below is the tabulation:
*How did that Patwari play this money making game?
*How did the Retired IG fall into a money trap?
*Incidences and coincidences do not matter when this Patwari is sitting uprightly in Akhnoor? Safe and sound all the way?
*More over if this IG is wrong then how is he getting pension? Obviously the corrupt are to be punished?
*Suddenly just by getting into the documents, I got to know that the land is in his wife’s name.
*Nowhere else than J&K this can happen? But it has?
*Who did it and who did not it has to be conceptualized by top guns in administration! Action is required!
For many it would be strange since this is a story of not a mystery man but a real live crook on two legs who is a Patwari. He was posted in Tehsil Bhalwal where he was on the lookout for money and as it is said that the old habits die hard, at the moment he is continuing with his exploits in Tehsil Akhnoor. This man is ridiculously corrupt and is definitely not shy of the fact that people know that he is a devious man born just to make money by all possible illegal means. I will tell the readers two stories both related to this Patwari who is hideous creature in disguise of a revenue official. Incidentally he is not the only one.
I cannot be more specific than this:
I will now get on to the first story and this is regarding Khasra No. 2799 as my head lines say. There were three characters involved here. The first was the Patwari whose urge and lust for money could not be satiated, a retired IG who thought that his pension and the money he made during his career in Police would not be enough to live and maintain larger than life style and of course the Inspector General’s wife on whose name the land is. It cannot be possible that she did not know what was happening. If she says that she did not then she is fooling herself because others know as to what happened. If they do not then here is the whole tale in brief.
*Khasra No 2799 is a land mass approximately 24 Kanals, could be more also.
*The land had been allotted on the basis of the same was that the clause of the attorney had been exercised.
*The Retired Inspector General had set his eyes on this land because it was lucrative and also bang on the road.
*He knew that by straight finger mechanism he could not have got the land and thus he twisted his finger.
*The twisted part was extended towards the Patwari not for free of course.
*The Patwari swirled into action. The allotment was cancelled, mutations scraped off and thus the Attorney factor was smoked.
*Money had made the mare gallop and the land was of the retired IGP and his lady wife was the proud owner.
*Everything was almost done and when the document loaded file reached the then SDM Jammu North Avni Lavasa, she cancelled it with one swish of her pen.
*Had she also cracked the whip on the Patwari who facilitated this deal this story would not have come out and the retired IG Police would not have been blushing in embarrassment.
*That did not happen and this Patwari continued with his misdeeds and proceeded to Akhnoor.
What next? I have an answer, take the land back and just send the Patwari on a boomerang mission! No more tales better than this to tell about corruption!
