Jammu, Jan 18: How a Patwari can issue Farad to fraudulent allotted custodian land under 3A which is meant for Displaced Persons of Pak occupied of Jammu Kashmir 1947? How a Patwari can misuse the 3A and allot the custodian land to non-Displaced Persons of 1947? Why is the entire administration sleeping over such type of land scandal, which may be biggest scandal in the country? Why the Custodian department is very callous over such type of land scandal and why not identifying its land and demarcating it? Why Custodian department not erecting writing-boards for easily identification? Why Custodian department has given a long rope to the land robbers to rob custodian land in broad day light? These are some pinching questions but these questions are very relevant and in the interest of the state economy and these questions should be taken by administration and be addressed immediately to stop land-robbing by land-robbers that too in the broad day light.
There is one Patwari who is expert in robbing the land let it be JDA, state or Custodian, he remained biggest instrumental of land-robbers to rob the land. The expert Patwari has wreaked loss to JDA by illegally allotting the land to land-robbers. Now the same Patwari has been posted in such a Tehsil where such land is in abundance and the man is laying his hands over the Custodian land. The said corrupt Patwari is minting plenty of money by taking huge bribe and illegally allotting and mutating the Custodian land on the name of land robbers.
The land robbers are so shrewd that they have influenced maximum revenue officers even some time they have said that revenue officers are in their pocket. It is a slang to intimate that the officers can dance on his tunes and he can get anything done by the corrupt officers as the officers are on the pay-roll of land-robbers. If such type of land scandal be honestly investigated then this will be the biggest scam in the entire country as it could be crores of crores scam and may big personalities including big politicians, bureaucrats, leading businessmen, prominent personalities and journalist would be found involved in such huge scam.
The Tehsildars of their respective Tehsils are Assistant Custodian and they are duty bound to protect Custodian land but often they sided with the land robbers and allowed them to rob the land. There must be honest probe and tehsildars found involved in robbing of land must be sent behind the bars even they are living retiring lives. Their properties must be attached with government and they should be ousted from their properties.
The Custodian told that he would verify the facts and take action against those who found involved in such land scam. Custodian told that he would not let anyone to escape from this episode. He said that he would pre-act to save the land and also get the land vacated from the claws of land-robbers, if there is any.
