Why not relive ASI?
- In police department, orders of seniors were complied with no time but SHO Bishnah not cares for the orders of SSP Jammu.
- 62 days have passed in regard of warning letter too but SHO Bishnah is very powerful man and can do anything.

Jammu, Nov 17: Why the SHO Bishnah not relieving one ASI Darshan Lal who has been transferred since 01-05-2021 and posted in DPL Jammu? Why the SHO Bishnah is defying the transfer orders of his senior officers that too openly? What is the purpose to retain the ASI Darshan Lal in Police Station Bishnah? How an ASI is useful to SHO or in person? Why the SHO Bishnah not relieving one SGCT Devender Pal Singh who has been transferred since 03-11-2021 and posted in PP Greater Kailash (Flying)? These are the tough and uncomfortable question to SHO Bishnah and SSP Jammu but they must reply so that people may know about it.
Transfer is the part of the service and the employee who joins the government job know it well and he/she ready to accept the government order in regard of transfer. There are several kinds of transfer but the general transfer is aimed to avoid stagnation, which gives birth to corrupt practices including accepting of bribe. But the ASI Dartshan Lal and Sgct Devender Paul Singh do not coly the orders of the seniors.
The ASI Darshan Lal has been transferred on 01-05-2021 vide order No 490 but after the lapse of 200 days the Darshan Lal is still in Police Station Bishnah and the authority has issued another warning order on 16-09-2021 vide No ESTT/POSTING/21/59033-34, in which it clearly stated, ‘Following officer/officials were transferred from and to the places vide DPO Jammu order No & date shown against eacxh has not reported to their new place of postings till date.’ The order again read as ‘You are directed to relieve the above named officers/officials immediately with the directions to report at their new place of posting and their DOR be send to this office by tomorrow positively. Non compliance of order will be viewed seriously and stern will be taken against the defaulter. MM Urgent.’ This order was signed by SSP Jammu.
Now the issue is this that the order has clearly sadi that by tomorrow mean on 17-09-2021 but after the lapse of 62 days of warning reminder the ASI Darshan lal is still in Bishnah PS. This was the wireless message flashed in seconds on 16-09-2021 and it was flashed to Police Stations Bishnah, Janipur, RS Pura, Akhnoor, Bahu Fort, Arnia, Bus Stand, Khour, and Police Posts Greater kailash, Nehru Market, Bathindi, SMGS Hospital, Sainik Colony and Manwal. Besides the order was flashed to SP Rural, South, Hqrs, SDPO RS Pura, Akhnoor, south, east and North.
This matter of concern that SHO Bishnah not bother for order of his seniors as it is a belt force and they have to comply the orders of seniors.
