*Who is subordinate and who is senior officer, Director School Education Jammu or Chief Education Officer Jammu?
*Has his mouth also been stuffed with bank rolls?
*Why CEO Jammu is not respecting the RTI Act of India and supporting the wrong doers, reasons better known to him?

To begin with everything was wrong as regards ACM Public School. Jammu Jottings had come out with more than elaborate details. If everything was wrong then how did this educational institution called as ACM Public School come up. Wherever wrong there was Jammu Jottings reported the same but if the story has been forgotten by the readers here is the resume of the events which we have written.
A RTI was filed with the office of Director School Education Jammu and the same has been transferred to CEO Jammu but the CEO not made appropriate reply and so the appeal was made to First Appellant Authority and in short a meeting was called on 17-12-2020 in the office Director and CEO Jammu was also called. His representative assured that within five days the reply will be provided but till 17-12-2020 the reply is awaited.
At best all the answers can be found out from JDA and JMC and that is because plenty of documentary exchanges took place between the two departments.
*The documents Jammu Jottings has make one thing very clear and that is a fact. This allotment of land was cancelled and so were the others in EWS Colony.
If that was the case then how did they build up a school here?
Either she is fooling others or she is straight out of an Owl’s nest in broad day light?
JDA and JMC officials could be kept under the heavy lid of money but how did she manage to wade her way through the Chief Education Officer Jammu is still a mystery. The reasons are in the script.
The question still trickles downs to NOC’s?
For a construction of a school there have to be many?
As such this school does not have a great reputation then how is it functional. No idea with me but one exact one is that everything wrong persists here since giving out bribes and working on grafts is an old methodology which she follows?
As per Right to Information parameters of the RTI Act 2006 was forwarded to CEO Jammu and it was regarding ACM Public School. The information sought was from a Chief Education Officer manning the chair but perhaps doing nothing. This is just one example. A flimsy sort of a reply came from the person who read it or may be not? The appeal was in my jurisdiction so I went as per the rules but someone definitely was trespassing the regulations?
Therefore I filed in for the first appeal on 17/12/2020. I did get a justified reply that within five days everything would be known about ACM Public School. So far nothing is? The CEO is again sitting on the reply and the reasons could be any of these?
* Either the CEO knows nothing or he knows everything.
* The first reply was on the growth of the odd and the second one has not yet arrived ad that has to be even.
* The information asked was not out of imagination sort of a thing. It was just regarding a school if the requisite NOC’s were taken or not?
* The CEO should be knowing the answers?
* If he does not know or is reluctant then the second connotation is that he has taken a bribe from her.
* If that is the case then this CEO needs to be paraded as a corrupt man!
For the moment the case rests but this CEO has to reply. There are options here but just a few. The first is a honest reply to the RTI filed in, The second is, if the bribe has been taken then who were the people giving it, the third is admit as which CEO was responsible for giving the NOC for the construction of School. She knows everything and what she does not, we in Jammu Jottings do! There is no point hiding information!
