Assumption and presumption!

• The complaint was addressed as SSP ACB Jammu, but SSP Rajouri acts hurriedly and people got offended.
•  On farad it has been detected that Rajinder Saproo has applied for farad but in complaint Sominder Singh said that his mother had applied for Farad.
• The Jammu Jottings will spill the beans to expose the fraud, conspiracy and will bring the truth in public domain.

Jammu, Jan 17: Why has the complainant Sominder Singh @ Sourav opted to approach the Senior Superintendent of Anti-Corruption Bureau Rajouri? Why has not the complainant Sominder Singh @ Sourav approached the Senior Superintendent of Anti-Corruption Bureau Jammu? What was the intention of complainant Sominder Singh @ Sourav behind ignoring the Senior Superintendent of Police Anti-Corruption Bureau Jammu? Who was the mastermind of the said game plan and why he did? Is it possible that both the vender and vendee using same mobile number when both are living in different states and belonging to different races? Has the Verifying Officer verified the online application thoroughly submitted on portal for seeking the Farad on November 05, 2022? How is it possible that the complainant can make a compliant on (01-11-2022) to ACB Rajouri four days prior to apply (05-11-2022) for the farad? Is not like a dubious game? These are some typical and harsh questions for the government to come in public domain and reply such questions which are irritating in the mind of the people.
The Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau Rajouri has accepted the written complaint from Sominder Singh @ Sourav son of Darshan Singh village Nari, Tehsil RS Pura, Jammu, which read as ‘My mother namely Kuldeep Kour wife of Late Darshan Singh resident of Nari, Tehsil RS Pura attorney holder of land measuring 02 kanal falling under Khasra No 159/min situated Thanger near Medicity Hospital Jammu who has been purchased from Rajinder Saproo (owner) through agreement to sell dated 01-10-2007 and Power of attorney dated 16-01-2007 for sale consideration of Rs 50.00 lakh. My mother wanted to sell one kanal of land out of above said two kanals to one person namely Jagjeet Singh for which revenue Farad is required so, I on behalf of my mother approached Tehsildar Bahu for issuance of Farad and other relevant documents for sale of land. I requested Tehsildar namely Rohit Sharma for issue of Farad, however Tehsildar Babu namely Rohit Sharma in lieu of issuance of Farad demanded Rs 2,00 lakh as bribe. Since I am not willing to pay any bribe for my work but I am forced to give bribe by the Tehsildar Rohit Sharma. It is requested to take necessary action against such corrupt officer, i am very thankful to you.’ The complaint was written in English and signed by Sominder Singh alias Sourav.
In the initial of the FIR, the Senior Superintendent of Police Anti Corruption Bureau Rajouri reproduced the complaint and it has come to know that application written by the complainant was meant for ‘SSP ACB Jammu’. This has been confirmed by the SSP ACB Rajouri himself as he had attested the same on the Performa of FIR.
