Jammu, Dec 23: When the JDA will remove the illegal encroachment from the JDA land measuring 8 kanals falling under Khasra No 985 in Paloura village? How the Rama Builders have constructed such a big complex over the stolen land? Why government not dismantling the illegally constructed commercial complex on the JDA land which is under question? These are some typical question for District Administration to come and reply so that people may get satisfactory reply.
The Rama Builders has 12 kanals of Jammu Development Authority land in Paloura, another six marals in Paloura and he has built a house on 3 marlas out of 6 marlas, whereas he failed to get the NOC from JDA as the title of land was not clear.
The team of Jammu Jottings has worked deeply and came to know from reliable source that the land comprising of 8 kanals faling under Khasra No 985 situated at Paloura village is the actual property of Jammu Development Authority but some land robbers have managed the wrong mutation on their names to sell the land to a builder who is behind this heinous crime and violation of law of land.
The Vice Chairman of Jammu Development Authority Pankaj Magotra said telephonically that all sorts of encroachment and illegal constructions will be removed firmly, whereas in the case of JDA land in question comprising 8 kanals and falling under Khasra No 985 situated at Paloura, he assured that the illegal construction of Rama Builders will be bulldozed within a short period of time and there is no leniency for any one. He said that the Deputy Commissioner Jammu has cancelled the fraudulent mutation of the said land and now it is JDA turn to remove the encroachment from the JDA land.
The Jammu Development Authority has written several letters to the police and mentioned that he is hard core land grabbers and now it is duty of police & administration to nab duo. The Jammu Development Authority has shot many letters to police of police station of Janipur. Though the police of Janipur Police Station has registered the case due to the intervention of Senior Superintendent of Police, Jammu district Mr Chandan Kohli.
