SDPO makes PP In-charge his conduit to handle mining income

Jammu, Dec 09: A SDPO posted in a big district of Jammu Division has made one of his PP In-charge to control all the mining activities being carried out in his area illegally. Now the SDPO is using this PP in charge to earn huge money for himself nut he is keeping his slate clean. This shrewd SDPO was in direct contact with the mining mafia for which he was once warned by his senior officers. After the warning, he changed his modus operandi and made the BPP in charge as he was his trusted lieutenant and now he is earning big money as a bribe at various levels.
As per reports, there are four police stations under the control of said SDPO. The area is a hotbed of illegal mining activities, no doubt the SHOs seize tractor trolleys but the dumpers are out of the reach of SHOs because the SDPO has a direct setting with them. Not only this, he has fixed monthly rates with the dumpers owners in the area from where he earns huge money every month. This officer is very skilled and has fixed monthly rates with scrap dealers and wine shop owners under his area and gets a fixed income from them.
One can see dumpers and other vehicles carrying mining items passing freely through his area at night. There is an important police post in his area without crossing it no vehicle can enter in to his jurisdiction. Knowing this fact pretty well the SDPO has made him his trusted partner in this activity so that no vehicle is stopped while moving to and fro from this post.
The SDPO works by pressurizing his subordinate SHOs by coercing them so that they do not dare to interfere in his work. The BPP in charge who is his man brings big disputes of the area to the SDPO who settles them by innerving directly and earns this way also earns handsome money. This BPP in charge was posted in another wing previously but as he was close to an SHO posted in some other district he got this posting as BPP in charge. After this, both started working together as a team. The SDPO was scolded many times by his senior officers after that he started to deal through this conduit instead of dealing directly with the mining mafia.
