A big fraud!

Jammu, Nov 21: A different case of fake mutation of 40 kanal of custodian land has been surfaced. Actually mutation has been done in 2022 but it has been pretended that the mutation has been entered in 2015, whereas the fake signature of the Patwari speaks in volume that whose (Patwari) signature has been put on mutation was not having charge in the year 2015 of the said Patwar halqa under the said land falls.
The reports revealed that one shrewd person has managed the fake mutation of custodian land in connivance with the corrupt revenue officer and he tried to show that mutation was entered in 2015. The fraud was caught when the signature of Patwari used to enter the mutation turned to be fraud as no such Patwari was having charge of the said Patwar halqa in 2015.
The mutation was entered as backdated and the writing can be enquired by the FSL to verify the genuineness of the year whether it has been enetered in 2015 or in 2022. The signatures of Naib Tehsildar have put to countersign the mutation are turned to be a fake as there was no such Naib Tehsildar in the year 2015.
Moreover, there was no signature of Girdwar which is an important revenue officer and his signatures are mandatory for entering mutation. The missing of signature of Girdwar on the mutation is another evidence to substantiate that the mutation is fake and the beneficiary with the corrupt intention has managed everything in connivance with the sitting Patwari.
The beneficiary has tried to pull wool over the peoples’ eyes and he tried to show that the mutation was verified in 2020, which is completely fraud. The verification of the mutation do not have the signature of the then Patwari and how it has been verified.
Recently, the Tehsildar has ordered the Naib Tehsildar to verify the genuineness of the mutation so that the case may be proceeded further.
The Custodian has described the said mutation of 40 kanals of custodian as a fake mutation and assured that action would be taken against the person and the officers involved in this fraud besides a FIR under section 420 be registered against all those who are involved in this fraud.
