Jammu, Oct 17: Why is not the government devising a mechanism to nip the ‘Pharma Gang Doctors’? Why are the Pharma gangsters so much powerful that the entire Health & Medical Education Department seems much ineffective and they (Pharma gang) manage as they want to manage? Which power is behind the Pharma gang? Why has the Pharma gang indulged in such illegal and immoral activities? Is there any law to tight noose of Pharma gang? Why some of the doctors are so meek, besides surrendered and bowed and surrendered before the Pharma gangsters only for their transfer and prescribing irrelevant medicines to the innocent people? These are some hard hitting points and the government must come over it to save the people.
The nexus among Pharma companies-Doctors-officials of Administrative Department of Health & Medical Education Department has been almost established and the General Administrative Department has started to break the nexus and transferred one official but it was a very small action like a drop from the sea. There are big fishes sitting in Administrative Department of Health & Medical Education Department and doing immoral things on the tune of Pharam companies as Pharma companies are greasing their palms.
The Pharma companies manage the transfers of doctors on the condition that they will only prescribe their medicines much in number even the patient do not need. The doctors who have accepted slavery and agreed the conditions of Pharma Companies become the part of Pharma Gang. They have opted immoral way to earn the money and they are worst than the terrorists who fires to kill the person on the pot but these doctors make the patient economically dead and later he succumbs to poverty which is the benefaction of unrighteous and sinful doctors.
The government must identify the ‘Pharma Gang’ doctors and then book them under relevant law, besides ensure to enquire that during their treatment any patient has lost the life, in case lost the life then the charges of cold murder may be registered against the said doctor.
