CBI must consider this!
- The tainted firm was awarded contract to conduct exam which is matter of concern and it should minutely investigated the role of members of tender Committee especially a person who remained member of every Tender Committee.

Jammu, Oct 04: Why has the Tender Committee of JKSSB ignored the past credentials of the firms and blindly awarded the contract to conduct the examination? Why not the secretary JKSSB Sachin Jamwal has deeply studied it because he remained almost member of all Tendering Committees? Why the members remained so callous about the credentials of the firms for conducting the exam for recruitment? These are very vital issues to be investigated and role of every member of Tender Committee must be investigated by CBI to ascertain the fact.
In MP the paper was leaked due to advance downloading of ID and this caused leakage of paper. This has forced the then government to cancel the paper and snap the ties with the firm NSEIT. The failure of the said firm NSEIT was not a simple issue but it has put the future of many young people on stake. The then government immediately cancelled the paper and kicked this firm out from the exam conducting process.
In Jammu CBT exam were not conducted properly and fairly as in three centres including Shree Viashnavi Institute of TechnologyMaloofa Avenue Chowdi, jammu skill Development Center Malik Market and Eshal Online Services Bathindi the exams were rescheduled of both the shifts but in one centre Eshal Online Services Bathindi the exam was rescheduled only for second shift, which is matter of serious concern.
In such centres the said firm NSEIT has done bungling and they have fudged the exam. The future of genuine aspirants has been sent in dark and aspirants with corrupt practices and intentions have been selected.
