DC directions thrown in air!

Jammu, Jul 01: The office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu has forwarded a complaint to SDM Jammu North vide its letter No DCJ/SQ/Complaint/2021-22/5319-20 dated 14-02-2022 with a rider to submit the report within 4 weeks.
Twenty eight days are sufficient to enquire even big scandal but for some revenue officers who are subordinate to DC Jammu hardly care for directions. The letter forwarded to SDM Jammu North clearly says ‘In this connection, I am directed to request you to conduct an enquiry under rules and submit report in 4 weeks.’
These are the exact words but the Tehsildar Bhalwal is running its own kingdom and hardly care for office of DC Jammu even he do not care for the LG administration and throwing all directions and protocols in dustbin.
The SDM Jammu North received the letter from office of DC Jammu and immediately forwarded to tehsildar Bhalwal to enquire the issue but Tehsildar Bhalwal has defied the DC directions.
