RK Goyal is on mission!

  • The inquiry committee under the chairmanship of honest RK Goyal will surely achieve its target and expose the scammers at earliest.
  • The transfer of tender of conducting written test of FAA and JKP SI to a corrupt and blacklisted company namely Meritrac just few days earlier of the exam is million dollar question and this should be investigated by not less than CBI.

Jammu, Jun 23: Why are some leaders trying to hamper the enquiry and demanding for segregation of aspirants? How can one know that this is genuine answer sheet or not genuine? Why are some leaders opposing the cancellation of written test of JKP SI and FAA? Why not these so called leaders are having patience till the inquiry committee submit its report? Why these leaders are jumping to conclusion without the report of inquiry committee? Why these are in hurry in the case of this infamous paper selling scam? May be these leaders are trying to save their colleague so they are in hurry? Why the JKSSB has transferred tender to other company which is not L1 and being blacklisted in several states? May be it was the biggest conspiracy hatched by some powerful people to fudge in the written test of FAA and JKP SI? These are some serious concerns, which should be minutely examined and then the government must come on conclusion and the demand of some leaders of segregation of candidates should be rejected.
No doubt the Inquiry Committee under the most honest and efficient officer RK Goyal IAS is working very fast to achieve its purpose and it is hoped that within the time frame the committee will submit a true report to the government and the government will decide that paper of JKP SII would be cancelled or not.
This is the biggest infamous scandal in the history of Jammu & Kashmir Service Selection Board in which the paper meant for written test have been sold and purchased in which many ineligible applicants have made their way. This scandal has some authenticities so it has got such momentum. The transferring of tender from ND Infosys Pvt. Ltd to another company namely Meritrac which has very bad track record and has been blacklisted by many government agencies for its corrupt and dismal performance.
Tender was called by JKSBB for the examination of JKPSI and FAA. During the process the lowest bidder ND Infosys Pvt. Ltd was awarded with the letter of intent. But see the height of corrupt practices that just few days before the examination the tender was transferred to another company named Meritrac without informing ND Infosys. ND Infosys filed a case against it but the verdict which was given by High Court of J&K was against ND Infosys pvt ltd. There JKSSB admitted in court that they have given tender to another company i.e Merittrac because ND Infosys Pvt Ltd was unable to maintain confidentiality, secrecy and transparency.
This company has already conducted exams PAA and 4th class. Talking about Merittrac is already a blacklisted company in ONGC due to paper leak and ONGC cancelled all the contracts after which Merittrac went to court and Delhi High Court withstood ONGC’s decision. Similarly in another case in PGI and Merittrac where PGI cancelled all the contracts and banned this company for two years due reason that Company started an exam late in centre with delay, which shows its incompetency.
Same case appeared in Mumbai University where company was awarded a contract to Merittrac and company failed to provide services as per agreement. There after Governor of Maharashtra directed University to cancel all the contracts with company and Blacklist Merittrac. The occurrence of these events is before 2019 and the contract awarded to it by JKSSB aftermath. They haven’t even checked their track record may be having some favouritism or understanding between chairman or other officers of JKSSB that is why they awarded contract to a company who was not even Lowest bidder. The most intriguing part of the story is that the JKSSB transferred the contract that too without informing L1 and also just few days before the conduct of exams.
