Jammu, May 26: How can a violator buckle some of the officers of District Administration in Rajouri? Is it right time for Deputy Commissioner Rajouri Vikas Kundal to intervene in the issue of installation illegal Petrol Pump at Thuddi Rajouri? Why the issue of installation of illegal petrol pump is lingering on in the office of Deputy Commissioner and has become a source of hue and cry? Why are not the violators being penalized by the District Administration as per the provision provided in law of land? Why some district officers are trying to conceal the fact regarding the installation of illegal petrol pump on irrigated land? These are major concerns which are grappling in the mind of people and these should be dealt as per the law so that proficiency of law should be maintained.
The issue of installation of illegal petrol pump at Thuddi is hitting the headlines of the newspaper and it has also become a challenge for the district administration too as the violator has buckled some of the officers of Rajouri District Administration and wanted to get the permission to run the petrol pump ignoring all the parameters fixed by law of land.
The complainant has filed a complaint with the office of Divisional Commissioner Jammu for immediate intervention in this issue so that law of land may prevail and the violator must be penalized for daring to violate the law of land openly. The complainant also urged the Divisional Commissioner Jammu to take action against those Revenue Officers of Rajouri who failed to discharge their duties in a time bound manner and for their dereliction of duties. In six page complaint, which is lying with Jammu Jottings, the complainant has allegedly said that the bribe has been paid to hush up the case.
