Police constable is co-land-grabber!
- The Deputy Comissioner Jammu has took the issue seriously and immediately directed the concern Tehsildar to come with factual report within no loss of time.
- The Naib Tehsildar who is also 1st class Magistrate himself visited the spot and directed them not to continue the construction work but they hardly care.
- Â The Naib Tehsildar told that if he would notice about the construction work despite his directions, he would lodge an FIR against Narayan Singh and his associate police constable.

Jammu, May 22: Who is Narayan Singh and why he indulged himself in land grabbing act? Why is Narayan Singh so adamant that he violates the law of land? Why is Narayan Singh openly violating the directions of first class magistrate and concerned Naib Tehsildar in regard of stopping the work? Why Narayan Singh want to continue the construction work illegally despite the revenue officer has raised serious objections on the status of land in question? Who is a police constable and what is his role in grabbing the state land? Why the police constable is assisting the Narayan Singh in land grabbing act? Why are these people hoodwinking with the law of land? These are some point highlighted for the administration to work on it and also to take cognizance on it.
In this issue there is big chunk of land which has been allotted under 254 C by adopting fraudulent process and means. The land was allotted to one Kabla Singh and Chandu under a conspiracy, which was later surfaced. The Naryan Singh and his police constable associate both played with the law of land and got the land allotted to Kabla Singh and Chandu as name sake. Later Narayan Singh and his associate police constable have got the land transferred to their names. The most intriguing part of the story that the police constable has got 19 kanal land transferred on the name of his wife by adopting the same procedure. The man is very shrewd and to get the JDA land he entered into illegal procedure and first he got the land allotted to another person under 254-C showing him POK DPs and later he got land transferred to his wife.
Such conspiracies have been cooked by many persons to get the land and these two persons namely Narayan Singh and his associate police constable has not only cheated law of land but they challenged the entire administration that they are powerful and no one can hold them at any point.
The grave concern is this that they will sell the land in future to a lay man and the lay man will be caught in trap as they would have galloped the money. The government must take serious action against these land grabbers so that in future no one dares to cheat the government and system.
