- For him, may be Police Station Bishnah is best for his comfort or earning of money by other means otherwise there is no reason to defy the orders of senior police officer like SSP Jammu.
- His name figures on serial No 9 in the transfer order No 187 of 2022 dated 25-03-2022.

Jammu, May 06: Why is not the ASI Lekh Raj respecting the transfer orders issued by Senior Superintendent of Police Jammu? Why does ASI Lekh Raj want to remain in Bishnah Police Station? What is the reason that ASI Lekh Raj like the Police Station Bishnah? What is the meaning of word ‘with immediate effect’ words mentioned in the transfer orders? What will make the ASI Lekh Raj to respect the orders of his seniors? Why is not SSP Jammu taking action against the ASI Lekh Raj who violating the transfer orders? These are some relevant concerns to be tackle by Jammu & Kashmir Police and also people want reply of all these questions, which are irritating in their mind.
There is one person namely Lekh Raj and working as Assistant Sub Inspector in Police Station Bishnah as per the transfer orders and his name figure at serial No 9 in the transfer order issued by SSP Jammu to mobilize the public and to avoid chances of corruption in the department. The transfer is the part of service and every government employee must understand it.
But there is one ASI Lekh Raj who working in the Police Station Bishnah and he likes this station much, may be his favourite police station. The SSP Jammu exercising his powers has issued transfer orders including him, whereas others have joined the new place of postings but he is reluctant to remain in the same place of posting. He even after 43 days of orders have not joined the new place of postings and openly violating the order of SSP Jammu. The SSP jammu has ordered the transfers on 25-03-2022 vide order No 187 of 2022.
