Big mockery in Khour!
- The man is very shrewd or there are some revenue officers helping him to illegally construct the marriage hall on illegal land possessed by him.
- He has land in Khasra No 3 but he is constructing marriage hall on land which falls under Khasra No 10/1 and it can happen only in Khour.

Jammu, Apr 27: How can a person construct marriage hall on agricultural land without changing the land use? How can a person construct a marriage hall on the land, which is not owned by him? How can a person construct a building on the land falling under other Khasra No as he has the land in other Khasra No? Will Tehsildar Khour take action against the person who has indulged in illegal construction on the land occupied by him illegally? Why the revenue officers from Patwari to Tehsildar remained mute spectators and the man was busy in illegal construction? These are some concerns which are also harsh questions for the revenue department to answer so that people may feel that department is still purposeful.
The story is of village Marchangi that a person having a piece of land falling in Khasra No 3 but he has started construction on the land falling in Khasra No 10/1, which is the complete mockery of the department. In Khasra No 10/1, he has only illegal occupation due to inefficiency of the revenue officers.
The Patwari has confirmed that the person who is involved in illegal construction of marriage hall has the land in Khasra No 3 but on which land he has started construction of marriage hall is not his land on revenue record but he has only illegal possession, which is not sufficient for construction.
The concern tehsildar immediately came in action, when she was informed that some illegal was informed about the illegal construction of marriage hall. Now the question is that the concerned Tehsildar will serve notice to him and impose penalty to violators or only she will kill the time.
