Fake mutation scam!
- The Tehsildar Jammu North refused that he will not issue the Farad Intkhab of Khasra No 261 or 263 as the land is in question.
- There are reports that land grabbers are planning to get the Farad issued of 1 kanal and 7 marals by concern authority.

Jammu, April 25: Why is not the copy of Parat Sarkar available of those mutations which are supposed to be fake or illegal? Who is behind this nexus and for what it has been operated? Why is not the administration taking cognizance of this big scam? Why these land-grabbers are so powerful that they can remove the record from the government offices? Are there some revenue officers having hand-in-glove with the land-robbers? How can non-DPs of PoJK of 1947 got land allotted under 254-C? These are very serious concerns emerging from such havoc and the revenue department must answer these.
The land falling under Khasra No 263 Paloura measuring 36 kanals 15 marlas have been mutated under Intqal No 2460/Jeem but the record of mutation is not available with the office is known as Parat Sarkar. The Parta Sarkar means the record available with the office other then the Patwari but in those cases where the illegal or fake mutations have been entered the record known as Parat Sarkar not available, which substantiate that there is big wrong and the land scam is on roll.
One applicant has applied to get the copy of mutation from the office and applied in the office of Tehsildar Jammu North and later it has been transferred to Tehsildar Jammu Khaas but later on 16-04-2022 the Tehsildar Khaas has denied that record is not available.
Now the question is that why the copy of Parat Sarkar (record in office) is not available only those mutation, which are fake or illegal and the government is boosting that there is no corrupt practices in revenue department.
