Jammu School Education department in mess!
- The Director School Education Jammu immediately acted and has issued the detachment order of four teaching staff members vide his office order No 260 DSEK of 2022 dated 15-04-2022.
- If not so then General Administration Department has to intervene and have a surgical strike in the office of Director School Education Jammu to clean the mess.

Jammu, Apr 15: Why is the Director School Education Jammu shying to detach all the teachers attached with his office or other office? Why is the Director School Education Jammu avoiding to detach the Master Govind Sharma of Government Higher Secondary School Narla Rajouri as he has been attached in November 2018 against his nature of job? Is Master Govind Sharma so powerful that Director School Education Jammu feels himself weak before him? If the Director School Education Kashmir after the news regarding attachment published in Jammu Jottings news paper can issue today the order for detachment of staff and relieving thereof than why cannot the Director School Education Jammu detach the teaching staff working within his office that too against their nature of job? These are some serious concerns regarding the School Education department and these should be seriously viewed by higher authorities.
The attachment of influential teaching staff with Director or other offices was an old practice and it has been near about uprooted but there are still some influential teachers who manage their attachment for one or other mean. The issue is not as simple as it has been projected the attachment has very serious long time repercussion on the department in general and on students of the institution from where the teacher has taken to be attached. This is open discrimination with the students and also with other teachers those who do not have the access to manage their attachment.
The Director School Education Kashmir the news reading attachment published in Jammu Jottings news paper in today issue has immediately issued the order vide his office No 280 DSEK of 2022 dated 15-04-2022 for detachment of four teaching staff members attached with his office including two incharge lecturers and two teachers. The Director School Education Kashmir has not wasted a day in detaching the teaching staff but the Director School Education Jammu remained unmoved over this serious issue as many teaching staff members are attached with his office.
The students of Government Higher Secondary School Narla of Rajouri district are suffering loss in their studies due to lack of sufficient staff but Director School Education Jammu not bothered for the tiny students who are the future of country and Jammu & Kashmir. Let we hope that tomorrow the Director School Education Jammu may issue an order of detachment including Master Govind Sharma, who has got all increments without giving result. The increment of teacher is related to his result but if the teacher does not produce result then his/her increment must be ceased and withdrawn if has been already released and in past it has been done by one DDO, who remarked in a service book of a teacher ‘No result-no increment’.
