Big land scandal in Bhalwal!
- It is biggest challenge for Divisional Commissioner Jammu to take on this land grabber and those revenue officers who are hand in glove with him.
- The concern patwari is hiding fact about the land and not provided the documents shoing the actual position of land.

Jammu, Apr 10: How is it possible that on January a person failed produce any document related to land in Asarwan in tehsil Bhalwl on January 29, 2022 and later he produced the documents of ownership? How this land robber has managed the documents with illegal means? Who is the person behind this biggest land scam in Bhalwal tehsil? Why revenue department is so weak that has become very small before the land grabber who is a notorious and JDA has already cancelled his allotment for his wrong means? These are the serious concerns to be considered immediately by the authority and these are questions for revenue department too.
The land in question is in Asarwan falling Tehsil Bhalwal, whereas some land robbers have eyed on it and planned to grab it. It is fact that the land belong to state and custodian department but after January 29, 2022 some miracle has held and the documents of ownership have been prepared by fake means. One of the family members of land robbers was once allotted a piece of land on the behest of this man but later JDA cancelled the allotment for his fraudulent conduct.
The Tehsildar Bhalwal Ashok Chakarvorty himself visited on the spot on January 29, 2022 to stop the illegal work going on the said land and the work was stopped without any objection and no one claimed that the land belonged to them. They (land robbers) on January 29 very much present on the spot but they not uttered a word or tried to convey about their ownership documents. It clearly indicated that land was not belonged to them but later with the collision of revenue officers they prepared the fake documents related to their ownership.
It is challenge for the Revenue Department to unearth this biggest scandal as the concerned land robbers is very shrewd. It is also challenge for Divisional Commissioner Jammu who once very active against the corrupt revenue officers and land robbers like this person.
The Jammu Jottings tried to get the documents of the said land but the concerned Patwari and Naib Tehsildar have avoided to disclose truth.
