There is another man behind this scam!
- On the basis of written confession Tehseen should be handcuffed and a case of fraud and 420 should be registered against him.
- It is impossible that alone Tehseen Ahmed has wreaked the fraud and the other officers involved must be identified and arrested immediately.

Jammu, Apr 08: Why is not the Administrative Department of School Education taking strict action against the fraudulent teacher Tehseen Ahmed who tempered the transfer order? Why not the Naseer Ahmad Wani Additional Secretary to the Government, School Education Department completing the enquiry? Why a teacher Tehseen Ahmed from Poonch was attached with Deputy Secretary to the Government, School Education Department? Who was behind the attachment of a teacher Tehseen Ahmed with Deputy Secretary to the Government of School Education Department? Who is the person behind this episode who wants that no action should be taken in the transfer fraud case? How many fraud/modified transfers orders have been made by Tehseen Ahmed? These are very sharp questions irritating in the mind of people and these concerns must be taken seriously by the Principal Secretary of School Education Department.
The case of fraud/modified transfer order has hit the headlines and the Jammu Jottings team has worked untiringly and exposed the fraud transfer order scandal which was carried by the Tehseen Ahmed a teacher, who expert in modifying and tempering the transfer orders. It is come to know that he is very close relative of Deputy Secretary Mukhtair Ahmed Sheikh and he managed his attachment otherwise it could not be happened.
The reports said that arelative of Deputy Secretary Education, who happens to be a teacher in Poonch district and entered Civil Secretariat by air on the recommendations of the Deputy Secretary in his Personal Section, was found modifying the transfer order to allegedly accommodate his cousin sister has been suspended by the department but mere suspension would not serve the purpose and in future it would have bad impact in administration.
No doubt that the accused teacher has been suspended and relieved from secretariat to his original place of posting i.e. GBMS, Samote, Surankote, Poonch with immediate effect and kept in suspended animation till the enquiry conducted. The accused teacher, namely Tehseen Ahmed, who was working in the private section of Deputy Secretary has confessed in written statement that he has issued a modified order.
Now the question is that if teacher Tehseen Ahmed had confessed his criminal act in written, then why not a case should be filed against him so that he may be punished under law. Saving such employee is not less than treason. His written confesion is as “With due regards and humble submission, I Tehseen Ahmed presently working in the private section of Deputy Secretary (M) submits that original order vide Government order No 25 of 20-01-2022 was modified to include the name of Nazia Akhter, who is my cousin,” “There is no role of any other official of the department and they were not even aware of this order.” The letter not complete here and further stated as “There is no role of nay beneficiary as Nazia Akhter is my cousin and I have favoured her only because of emotional attachment. I have not done this for any other benefit.” He confessed his crime on 10-02-2022 and took all responsibility on his own.
