He is a fraud man!
- The Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr Raghav Langer must have a surgical strike on this Patwari and get the record checked because he tempered the record to appease the land grabbers as he is part of the gang.
- He should be suspended and the investigation must be handed over the CBI to unearth the scams he committed in the revenue record.

Jammu, Apr 06: How a Patwari can stay in Bhalwal tehsil for more than 6 years? Which force is behind this manipulator Patwari for managing his stay for more than 6 years in this particular Tehsil Bhalwal? Why the administration not handling such manipulator Patwari who are cheating the revenue department by their corrupt practices? Why this corrupt Patwari is allowed to change the revenue record of tehsil Bhalwal? These are some grave concerns to be taken seriously by the government so that revenue record may be saved from his cruel hands and these are questions needed to be answered by the government.
The case pertain to Bhalwal tehil that one Patwari who has been posted Bhalwal Tehsil in 2016 and remained in same tehsil till date has indulged himself in massive change of revenue record as per his convenience but on the other hand he has wreaked big loss to the department and as well to the people of the locality. He remained Patwair in Bhalwal Patwar from 2016 to 2018 and then he was transferred to Patwar Amb Garota in same tehsil Bhalwal.
The Patwari in question is very shrewd and he is expert in changing the record to give benefit to property dealers as the said Patwari is an agent of property dealers and land grabbers. The Patwari is a tout of Property Dealers who are active in Bhalwal Tehsil and grabbing the land on the one or other pretext.
The said patwari is not confined himself only to changing the revenue record and to be tout of property dealers & land grabbers but he is issuing back dated Farad of Bhalwal Patwar and also entering back dated mutation of Bhalwal Patwar, when he is now posted in Amb Gharota patwar.
The Patwari is the biggest squanderers to ruin the revenue record of Bhalwal tehsil. If he has not been thrown out of department he will discredit the department, besides he will ruin the department up to maximum extent. The said fraud Patwari is alone in this game but other revenue officials including Patwaris and Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars are part of the fraud gang.
Now it is the right time that Divisional Commissioner Jammu Dr Raghav Langer to have another surgical strike on the Patwari Amb Gharota to save the Revenue record from his clutches, beside the revenue record since 2016 must be checked that how many frauds have been committed by the said patwari.
