Despite of 92 days, SDM Jammu North can’t write a single word on urgent matter

• What is the meaning of ‘urgent matter’ and ‘most urgent matter’? If these words have no meaning in the vision of Pawan Kotwal then why office of DC Jammu used such words.
• DC Jammu must define the definition of ‘Urgent Matter’ and ‘Most urgent Matter’ with specific period so that subordinate may work accordingly, merely writing these words on letter has no relevance.
• It seems that SDM Jammu North has neither respect for the top office of Lt Governor, nor respect for the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu.

Jammu, Feb 10: Why is Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal so callous and determined to defy the orders from the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu? Why is Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal so arrogant that he every time need reminders to precede the file ahead? Why is Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal so stubborn that he decries the directions from office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu? What is the mission of Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal in neglecting the orders and directions from office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu? What kind of administration Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North wants to run in Jammu? Why Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal disregards the directions of the state top head Lt Governor that too openly? Is Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal above and powerful then Lt Governor of Jammu & Kashmir? These are very serious concerns raised in this news about the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal who has crossed all limits of gross violations of law of land. His credentials must be investigated properly to ascertain his purpose, besides his working performance be examined by some experts that what kind of work he delay and what kind of work he opt to dispose off and such investigation must unearth his hidden agenda.
The office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu has transferred a complaint to Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North on 10-11-2021 vide DC office letter No DCJ/Comp-Griev/2021-22/636 as the same complaint was received from the office of Lt Governor. The Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North has to enquire about the credentials of the corrupt Patwari who has created a terror in the revenue department and made very fake and false mutation and issued wrong Farad and not only fleeced the people but wreaked great loss to state exchequer and insulted the law of land openly.
Ninety-two days earlier the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu has forwarded a complaint to the Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North Pawan Kotwal but it seems so that the man has not respect for the Deputy Commissioner Jammu so he time and again defy his directions and orders.
The office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu has issued a reminder to SDM Jammu North Pawan Kotwal vide letter No DCJ/Comp-Griev/2021-22/866 dated 09-02-2022 to make an enquiry into the case of most corrupt Patwari but he has not adhered to the orders. The corrupt Patwari having much illegal money and the money has played big role that the enquiry has been delayed on the behest of SDM Jammu North. No doubt the money has big power and so he not care for the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu.
