- Mr Parshotam is a retired army man but here is busy in land scam and cheating the people. He must be remanded to get more startling revelations.
- The mobile phones of Parshotam and Patwari Sushil must be seized by investigating agencies to know about that how many more persons are involved in this land scam.
- The land scam of Burn will be a biggest scam if the same would be investigated minutely and the status land must be traced since 1947 to know the fact of the land.

Jammu, Feb 09: What will happen to Revenue department if Patwaris like Sushil will remain to work? Why are the senior officers of Revenue department so weak that they cannot book the Patwari Sushil and throw him out from the department? Is Patwari Sushil having much power then senior officers of Revenue department? Who will bridle corrupt Patwaris like Sushil to minimize the corruption in Jammu? When the action will be taken against corrupt Patwari Sushil on the basis of complaint made by Arun Kumar Gupta a senior BJP leader moreover a senior & responsible citizen of Jammu? Who will be first among four officers Tehsildar Bhalwal or Sub Divisional Magistrate Jammu North or District Development Commissioner Jammu or Divisional Commissioner Jammu to take action against the corrupt Patwari Sushil? These are some heart rendering questions for the entire administration in general and for Revenue department in particular to answer and to work on these questions.
The complainant Arun kumar Gupta a senior BJP leader, besides senior & responsible citizen has made more startling revelations about the land mafia and corrupt Patwari Sushil. The complaint mentioned as ‘This land mafia had duped a number of persons from border district of Rajouri with the active consent of Patwari (Sushil), one of the glaring examples of cheating the public is that the middle man has sold out a plot No 18 of 11 marals out of Kh No 2 at Burn to Smt Vipin Sharma and received huge amount. Patwari has issued Farad of 11 marlas of unidentified land/plot. Patwari Sushil has kept the map of the colony made by the land mafia, without any approved by the competent authority, and the land lord/middle man Mr Parshotam a retired army man is not registering plot on the name of Smt Vipin Sharma by means of cheating and is going to issue the duplicate Farad of the same plot No 18 of 11 marals from Patwari concerned (Sushil Patwari)’
The complaint indicates that Patwari Sushin is the nucleus of this big land scandal and the need of the hour is that Sushil may be remanded by the investigating agencies so that the entire scam may be exposed. The middle man Mr Parshotam is also part of the land scam and he should also be remanded to unearth the land scandal. Parshotam is an army retired person and his service life to be investigated to know about his credentials, as army persons are mostly honest and very away from such cheating process. The mobile phones of Patwari Sushil and middle man should be investigated and it will expose some more startling revelations of cheating.
