Land scam in Burn by Patwari!
- The Patwari Sushil carries the illegal map of illegal colony to sell the plot illegally, the matter is that why Patwari carries the map of illegal colony with him? Is he employee of government or also on the pay roll of land-mafia?
- The complaint has been submitted to Divisional Commissioner Jammu, DDC Jammu and SDM Jammu North, besides Tehsildar Bhalwal. Let we see that how SDM Jammu North will tackle this complaint or he will throw it in dustbin.

Jammu, Feb 08: How can a Patwari Sushil of Patwar Burn keep the private map of the illegal colony made by the land robbers with him to fleece the innocent? How can a Patwari Sushil openly work for the land robbers and cheat his own department? How can a Patwari Sushil openly charge Rs 3500 per marla as a bribe from the innocent people for issuing the illegal Farad on the behest of land robbers? Is the Patwari Sushil charging Rs 3500 per marla for issuing illegal Farad on the directions of senior Revenue Officers? Are there possibilities that some senior revenue officers be involved with corrupt Patwari Sushil? Is corrupt Patwari Sushil is above law of land? Are such Patwaris henchmen of the land dacoits? These are some startling quarries for the department of Revenue and its officers who are silently and helplessly watching all these corrupt practices in their department.
One person namely Arun Kumar Gupta senior leader of state BJP, besides senior and responsible citizen of the nation has registered a complaint against the Sushil Patwari for openly cheating him and working for the land-mafia that too for developing illegal colony and cheating the people.
In his application the senior citizen openly mentioned in subject ‘Complaint regarding issuing of duplicate Farad of the Land/plots situated at village Burn under Kh No 2& others by Sushil Patwari.’ The Patwari Sushil is the man who is nurturing the gangsters of land-robbers in the state, he is the man who openly cheating the revenue department. The Sushil Patwari has no fear of law of land and he not care for the administration run by the Lt Governor.
The Lt Governor Manoj Sinha is working against the corruption but the person like Patwari Sushil are cocking a snook at Lt Governor and throwing a challenge to his crusade against the corruption. He openly working against the crusade against the corruption by saying that he would not care for anyone.
The complaint further said that the land mafia namely Parshotam Lal retired army man with others active in the area is village Burn and is developing fake colonies without any approval from the competent authority and selling the same to the inhabitants of district Rajouri by fraudulently means and with active partnership of the concerned Patwari and other men of the revenue department. He (Patwari Sushil) has changed the status of agriculture land. Concerned Patwari is charging gratification as told, per marla for issuing of Farad of unidentified land/plots and issuing two Farads of one plot.’
The complaint is very clear and having weight besides it seems that the contents mentioned in compliant are real. But the senior officers of Revenue department are keeping their eyes & ears closed, whereas they are silently supporting the corrupt officers.
Now the time has come that senior officers from tehsildar to Chief Secretary must wake up and come in action to save the image of administration. The violations of laws are amounts to be anti-national activities.
The credentials of Patwari Sushil may be inquired and he must be kept under suspended animation till the investigation concludes. The mobile phone of the Patwari Sushil may be handed over to the Cyber Crime police to know that how many land-mafias are in touch with him. This is very serious issue and if strict investigation by CBI may be initiated from the corrupt Patwari then heads of many Revenue Officers would be rolled in this scam.
