Corrupt patwari illegally mutated custodian land to local person under 3A

• It is the issue of April 2019 the then corrupt Patwari of Patwar Assarwan has mutated the custodial land to a local under 3A by uprooting a family who possessing the land and having tenancy.
• The said corrupt Patwari is very influential as no one from the administration dare to take action against him as he is the superman of the revenue department.
• It is matter of surprising that why office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu is scaring from this corrupt Patwari. May be his money power can down every office of the Revenue department.

Jammu, Feb 07: How can a Patwari in 2019 while posted in Bhalwal Tehsil Patwar Asaarwan village Kanger mutate custodial land under 3 A? Why is this corrupt Patwari trying to fiddle the law of land? Why has the corrupt Patwari misused his official position and mutated the custodial land under 3 A? How can Patwari enter the mutation of Custodian Land to another person other than the land holder without restoration orders from the Custodian department? Why the then Tehsildar Rafiq Jaral who was also Assistant Custodian has silently supported the then corrupt Patwari move? Why not the then Tehsildar Rafiq Jaral who was also Assistant Custodian objected the mutation of Custodian Land under 3A to a local person? What was the equation between the then corrupt Patwari and Tehsildar Bhalwal Rafiq Jaral? Was the huge bribe common goal of both the then Patwari and Tehsildar Bhalwal Rafiq Jaral? How much money has been pushed in this illegal game in Bhalwal Tehsil, Patwar Assarwan Village Kangar? These are very valid questions being posed for the revenue department from tehsildar to Lt Governor to search answers for these questions and dispel the air of doubts and misdeeds.
The corrupt Patwari who is very expert in fiddling with law of land and wreaking the loss to state exchequer by inserting wrong mutations and issuing fake Farad the same Patwari has mutated the custodial land to a local that too under 3A, which was only meant for Displaced Persons of Pak occupied Kashmir of 1947 but the most corrupt Patwari in the entire state thinks himself as the boss of the revenue department.
The fake mutation was made by the said Patwari of custodian land in the month of April 2019 and that too was done without restoration order from the custodian land. The said land was allotted to a person who was having possession of the land since decades but the corrupt Patwari uprooted the family by pressing all means and allotted to a person who never possessed the land at any point.
This was the month April. 2019 when a big fraud and conspiracy hatched against the law of land and the corrupt Patwari got the support from the then Tehsildar Bhalwal Rafiq Jaral who is also Assistant Custodian and both matured the conspiracy against the law of land and big fraud to the state ex-chequer.
Now it is duty of senior officers of the revenue Department including District Commissioner Jammu, Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Secretary Revenue, Chief Secretary, concerned Advisor and Lt Governor to take the issue seriously to unearth the one of the biggest scam in Revenue Department.
