Is not a blunder with youth?

  • The applicant has paid fees during the submission of applications but LG administration has no concern about it.
  • This is totally against the youth of Jammu & Kashmir and it will add more unrest among the youth.

Srinagar, Feb 04: Why has the UT administration withdrawn all posts referred to PSC & SSB before October 31, 2019? Why has the LG administration passed such draconian directions to play with the lives of those who are in hope to be got selected? Why has the LG administration taken anti-youth decision, which would further compound the miseries of unemployed youth? Why has the LG administration tried to create unrest among the youth of Jammu & Kashmir? Where is Ravinder Raina who always puts blame on Pakistan and other political parties for any wrong thing but why he is silent over this anti-nationalist law? What will Ravinder Raina say now over this biggest blunder done by the BJP government? Either Ravinder Raina will say that it is the conspiracy of Pakistan or Jawahar Lal Nehru? Let we see that how Ravinder Raina will respond with his throat swelling voice.
The BJP is projecting itself as people-friendly political party but it is working against the interest of people and youth. The youth who have applied have given heavy fees at the time of applying but the present administration has done big blunder with the youth.
In an unexpected move, the Jammu & Kashmir Government has withdrawn all the posts referred to the Public Service Commission (PSC) and Services Selection Board (SSB) before reorganization of the erstwhile state of Jammu & Kashmir into two Union Territories.
In a communiqué said that the General Administration Department has informed the PSC and SSB that the administrative council has decided to withdraw all the posts referred to PSC and SSB before 31. 10. 2019 for which selections have not been made till date.
“All posts referred to JKPSC/SSB prior to 31.10.2019, for which selections have not been finalized till date, as also the posts in which there are litigations and the cases are pending in Hon’ble court shall be deemed to have been withdrawn with immediate effect,” reads the decision of administrative council.
The administrative council headed by LG is the highest decision-making body in Jammu & Kashmir.
In the letter, the GAD has also directed all the concerned to implement the directions of the administrative council in letter and spirit under an intimidation to it.
On October 31, 2019, Jammu & Kashmir State was formally reorganised into two Union Territories- J&K UT and Ladakh UT.
The legal framework governing government jobs in Jammu & Kashmir also changed due to legal and constitutional changes effected by the Parliament and Central government on August 5, 2019.
