SDM North can do anything!

Jammu, Jan 23: How can a Sub Divisional Magistrate, North Jammu Pawan Kotwal keep a file within his office for more than 26 days? How can a Sub Divisional Magistrate, North Jammu Pwan Kotwal keep a file within his office for more than 624 hours? Why Sub Divisional Magistrate, North Jammu Pawan Kotwal want to halt the process of verification regarding RMG International School Jandial, Bhalwal? What is the reason that Sub Divisional Magistrate, North Jammu Pawan Kotwal trying to derail the process of verification? What has influenced the Sub Divisional Magistrate, North Jammu Pawan Kotwal to act against the law of land and to stop the administrative verification of an illegal constructed School? These are some revelations for the administration that how a Sub Divisional Magistrate, North Jammu Pawan Kotwal is misusing his office not for the welfare but for against the law of land. May be in this case money has played its role in broader aspects and where money stands there officer like Pawan Kotwal has to bow otherwise why Sub Divisional Magistrate, North Jammu Pawan Kotwal has stopped the file, which he has received on 29-12-2021.
The issue is here that one person has complained against the RMG International School, Jandial, tehsil Bhalwal that the school has been constructed on Gair Mumkin Khad and Agricultural land and the land involved in construction of the said school id 12 kanal and 14 marlas falling under Khasra No 1534. The SDM North Jammu has already submitted a report to the office of Deputy Commissioner Jammu SDM/NJ/R/20-21/664 dated 17-02-2021 but it was unsatisfactory report. Why the report was unsatisfactory and who prepared this report? This was the real issue and the person found responsible must be thrown out from the office let it be SDM himself.
Now the tehsilcdar Bhalwal vide his office letter No TB/OQ/21-22/435 dated 29-12-2021 has submitted the report with some facts and ground reality with the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate North Jammu for further necessary action but SDM North Jammu has after lapse of 26 days, the concerned SDM not moved an inch in the regard of this report. The said SDM has sat on the report like a snake. To write a forwarding letter is matter of few hours but despite the lapse of 624 hours nothing has been done in this regard.
The question is very clear that why SDM North Jammu is working against the spirit of the law of land, which is meant for to run the procedure smoothly and fairly. Here in this the SDM North Jammu is working against the law of land and throwing the open challenge to the honest and fair administration being run by Lt Governor Manoj Sinha. Some time it seems that SDM North Jammu is running its own kingdom, which does not come under the ambit of Lt Governor. He is so reluctant that he can do anything without caring law of land otherwise he has not taken 624 hours to write a forwarding letter of some words.
