Jammu, Jan 21: How can a Patwari engage four to five persons privately with him on his own expenses? How a Patwari can have a nexus with property dealers who are land robbers and wreaking land scam in Jammu? Why the Revenue Department posting this tainted and corrupt Patwari on prime postings? Why are the Revenue department and district administration both have been proved so weak before the shrewd Patwari as he is on job to sell all the state, custodian, Khads and other private land, which come in his notice? How a Patwari can dodge the senior IAS officers and on his mission to sell the land? Why the senior revenue officers failed to identify this corrupt Patwari, who is ruling the roost? These are some quarries posed for the revenue department to reply and to act on such advises so that such Patwaris may be booked and land may be saved.
It is not new that some Patwaris are the part of Land mafia running in the Jammu and the notorious goons with the help of corrupt Patwaris are playing with the law of land and challenging the President of India as Jammu & Kashmir is being governed by Presidential rule. The said Patwari has created big nexus of land grabbers of Jammu including some notorious businessmen and he is guiding them how to loot the land. The revenue department must wake up from deep slumber and identify the said Patwari who is now laying hands on Custodian land and state land too. The said Patwari is much expert in cheating the law of land and openly challenging the Lt Governor against his crusade against the corruption.
Now let me tell you how this most corrupt and anti-law Patwari works. He identifies the land may be state land, custodian land, Khads & other land, and then he inform the land-mafia and works on it. The gang cook the conspiracy and go on the mission. They throw money in every office from Patwari to higher and get the documents prepared on their names fraudulently. The gangsters then gather hundred of goons during taking possession and in this process they involve other agencies by throwing money on their tables.
The Patwari in questions has been posted at very prime posting prior to this posting and the present posting is also very prime Patwar of Jammu district and very near to Jammu city. The Patwar of the saud Patwari is having plenty of custodian and state land and whereas there are many Khads, Kha Charai and other kinds of land for the common use.
Now the issue is that CBI must nab his five private employees and seize their mobiles, besides the mobile of the Patwari must be sent to Cyber Crime to take the detail to whom he was in touch. Such step will expose a big scandal of the country as thousands of kanal land has been illegally sold by his gang.
It is very general thing that how the Patwaris are managing their offices, they have engaged their private/personal employees known as ‘Karya Khas’, if government arrest all the private/personal employees of all the Patwaris then the biggest scand of the country will come out, But the question is this that who will take such steps as the money flows higher ups too.
