Why is he so reluctant?

JJ CORRESPONDENT

Jammu, Jan 14: Why the general secretary organisation of BJP J&K unit Ashok Koul is so arrogant? Why the general secretary organisation of BJP J&K unit Ashok Koul having intimidating attitude? Why the general secretary organisation of BJP J&K unit Ashok Koul not being polite to journalists? Why the general secretary organisation of BJP J&K unit Ashok Koul is trying to hide something from the journalist? Why the general secretary organisation of BJP J&K unit Ashok Koul has no respect for the working journalists? These are some pinching but relevant questions for BJP and Ashok Koul to answer these questions as people of Jammu want to know that what is going behind the scene.
On August 05, 2019 the Union Government of India has repealed the article 370 and 35A as per promises made in their election manifesto but the BJP led government has gone two steps ahead that they have bifurcated the erstwhile state Jammu & Kashmir into two parts and they have changed the status from state to union territories and the same has been accepted by the government of Jammu & Kashmir UT and Ladakh UT, whereas the constitution of India also accepted the bifurcation and UT status of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
But the BJP general secretary organisation Ashok Koul is very reluctant to accept the truth about the change of status to Jammu & Kashmir and Ladkah. He still advocates for the state status to Jammu & Kashmir despite the repeatedly asked by a journalist that how it can be possible that only in the office BJP the status of Jammu & Kashmir is state instead of Union Territory. The BJP leader who is not a mass based leader but he supposed to be controller of the BJP Jammu & Kashmir unit despite the fact that Ravinder Raina is the BJP president of Jammu & Kashmir unit.
The insiders told on the condition of anonymity that Ravinder Raina has no grip over the party but Ashok Koul is running the party in Jammu & Kashmir by a remote. The BJP was supposed to be Jammu based part but it is losing grip over the party as the BJP workers especially from Jammu region are not happy with Ashok Koul.
It is pertinent to mention that during the elections of District Development Council the Kashmiri Pandits who are migrated to Jammu have not voted in that election and their voting percentage was not more than 5% in the entire District Development Council. The general secretary organisation Ashok Koul belongs to Kashmir Pandit fraternity but he has no impact on his fraternity. He failed to convince the Kashmiri Pandits to vote for the BJP candidates in District Development Councils in Kashmir region. Due to non-voting of Kashmiri Pandits in the elections of District Development Council several BJP candidates have lost the election.
The insiders further told that Ashok Koul does not have any impact on his fraternity but he always intimating the workers of Jammu those who are hardcore workers and on those shoulders the BJP in Jammu & Kashmir is standing. They further opined that central high command must appoint a Jammu based general secretary organisation so that BJP may expand its base in Jammu as at present it is shirking its base.
