- In the same water body there are six shops constructed by MC Akhnnor but no one demolish them and I/C SDM Akhnoor must take cognizance of it.
- The people want to constitute commission for demarcation but they want officers from outside the Akhnnor should be appointed in the commission as people lost trust on the Akhnoor revenue officers.
- The ex-MLA Akhnoor Rajeev Sharma has delivered his own duty and came in the support of the poor widow woman.

Jammu, Jan 10: How can I/C SDM Akhnoor demolish the house of poor family without prior notice and warning? How can I/C SDM Akhnoor evict the poor family without proper rehabilitation? What was the hidden intention of I/C SDM Akhnoor for eviction of the poor family from their place? Why was I/C SDM Akhnoor in hurry to demolish the house of a poor family? Why I/C SDM Akhnoor lenient towards the illegal six shops being constructed by Akhnoor Municipality in water body? Why is I/C SDM Akhnoor avoiding the demarcation of land to get the facts? These are some typical but relevant questions to the revenue department to come with answer and especially I/C SDM Akhnoor must gather the courage to reply questions.
Today a team of Municipality department led by I/C SDM Akhnoor rushed to the house of a poor widow lady Gaytri Devi wife of Late Santokhu Ram resident of Sungal Morh Akhnoor Municipal Ward No 7 and pounced on the house to demolish. The family caught in a fix what to do and what not to do. The police also reached on the spot in the support of the revenue department and to support I/C SDM Akhnoor. The revenue team has started the demolishing process then meanwhile people gathered on the spot within very less time and protested against the demolition process being carried out by the revenue team. The team did not stop here but someone has informed the ex-MLA Rajeev Sharma who immediately rushed on the spot and intervened in the issue. He strongly opposed the demolition process and reprimanded the revenue team including I/C SDM Akhnoor and asked them to carry the demarcation first then to carry out the demolition process in the locality. The Ward No 7 is being represented by one Sanjay Saraf Corporator and he is also sitting president of Akhnoor Municipal committee but he was not present on the scene to defend the case of poor widow lady. But the ex-MLA has delivered his own duty and came in the support of the poor widow woman.
While talking to me, the ex-MLA Akhnoor Rajeev Sharma said that the department has to first go for demarcation and the demarcation should be done after constituting the commission. He further said that the revenue officers outside from the Akhnoor would be appointed in the commission so that honestly may prevail. He further said that before demolishing and uprooting the poor family, the government must first give them alternate house and a permanent rehabilitation.
