Misuse of SRO 43!
- The relevant files have been made missed from the concerned office so that no one can follow the case.
- Chief Secretary has to wake up to pull the strings of administration so that such people may not cheat on the system.

Jammu, Jan 06: How can two persons of same family appointed under the SRO 43, one wife and other son of deceased? How a family can befool the entire administration to get the double benefit under SRO 43? How the files related to the culprit family have got missed from the concerned office? Why our administration is so weak that anyone can make it fool? These are the challenging but very relevant questions to the entire administration including Lt Governor and Chief Secretary to consider it and improve their administrative skill that such shrewd person cannot cheat the entire system.
Under SRO 43 or compensation ground only one member of a family of deceased let it be wife or son or daughter is entitled to get the government job, even brother or sister is also entitled in case the deceased is unmarried but strictly only one person and then the chapter is over. But here in one case the deceased wife has got the job and after 13 years the son of the deceased also got the job as teacher in education department.
The most intriguing part of the story is that both mother and son have got the job in school education department, which clearly shows that the school education is totally in morass, and there is no sense of moral responsibility of the department and anyone can befool and cheat. Either there are very corrupt officials sitting in the department or they great addicted as they could not identify such elements, who are not only befooling the entire system but they are wreaking criminal conspiracy against the system by cocking a snook at the administration.
Duo mother and son has used the tool of death of their husband and father to get the government job and both played the game but the officers who are believed to be expert in administration like IAS or KAS are very small before mother and son, who have kept the entire administration on their tenterhooks.
