Patwaris, Naib Tehsildars illegally mutating Custodian land to locals under 3A

Jammu, Dec 30:How can a Patwari dare to mutate the Custodian land under 3A of Land Reform Act to non Pak occupied Jammu & Kashmir Displaced Person of 1947? How a Patwari can has authorization to mutate Custodian land to locals that too under 3A? What was the motive of the said corrupt Patwari behind this illegal mutation of custodian land? Why the Naib Tehsildars have become the part of this illegal works and anti-national work? Is entire Revenue department is player of illegalities and corruptions? These are some hard but eye-opening questions for the revenue department and the revenue officers have to reply to prove their innocence otherwise it will be understood that they are hand-in-gloves with the corrupt Patwaris.
