He can do anything!
- He is the man who misuses his official position as he puts his signature backdated often after being transferred too.
- This Tehsildar must be identified and booked under strict law so that others may lear the lesson from his punishment.
- Lt Governor Sahib, there is much need to work to wipe out the corruption because there are such Tehsildars who are known to sign the documents on backdate even after their transfer from the concerned office. Please throw him out.

Jammu, Dec 21: Who is the Tehsildar in Jammu & Kashmir who is habitual of putting backdated signatures after being transferred from his office? How can a Tehsildar put signature for backdated on a document after his transfer from the office for which he is putting his signature? Is this not fake or forged signature? Why the government posts such Tehsildars who are putting backdated signatures for bribe? Why not such Tehsildars are being identified and thrown out from the department? Why the government is soft on such corrupt Tehsildars? Why not the government is preparing any policy to expose them? These are some tough and uncomfortable but relevant questions for the government especially for the Revenue department to be answered to clear all doubts.
The fact is that the said Tehsildars is habitual of the signing the documents on backdate for getting huge money. Such practice of the corrupt Tehsildar has forced the people to give bribe of heavy amount, which have not ever seen or listened. The man is so corrupt that he deliberately lingered on the signing on the documents like Farad and other related documents only to extort money. The said Tehsildars not doing this is at only exceptional cases but he was doing in past as a compulsory process so that he can extort huge money from the innocent people on the delaying pretext.
The Revenue department is the most important department and every family of the Jammu & Kashmir has to visit with this department, because it is related to everyone but the officers like such tehsildars had earned bad name to entire department. There are several honest Revenue Officers in Jammu & Kashmir but such corrupt tehsildars are ruling the roost and they are managing everything.
The said corrupt and fraudulent Tehsildar, who put his signatures on backdates to fleece the money from the innocent people mostly managed his postings in Jammu districts that too where sale and purchase of land is more then other tehsils. He is the master to manage the scene in his favour as he uses the money to earn the money.
Now it is upto Lt Governor Mr Manoj Sinha to pack this corrupt tehsildar and throw him out from the administration as he is the man who is not only cheating and fleecing the people but he is openly mocking on the law of land and constitution of India.
