For ADC 306 days are very less!
- The ACB vide its letter No SP(C)/SS/2021/3077 dated 15-12-2021 asked the Tehsildar Bhalwal to provide the information showing mode of possession of land.
- The corrupt Patwari today visited office of tehsildar Bhalwal and attempted to influence one of the Naib Tehsildar in the absence of Tehsildar but in vain.
- The Tehsildar may put a notice that corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed not allowed to enter office as he is trying to influence the process.
- Â There are reports that Javed Ahmed and his family having more land than 273 kanal as shown in a ADC report.

Jammu, Dec 16: Why the Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer, Jammu Ghansham Singh JKAS has given incomplete information to Anti Corruption Bureau despite taking 306 days to reply in an urgent investigation case? What was the reason that after taking long 306 days, the Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer, Jammu Ghansham Singh JKAS given incomplete information to Anti Corruption Bureau in an very important investigation? Has the Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer, Jammu Ghansham Singh JKAS silently tried to help the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmad who is accused of accumulating much property just after being appointed in government job as Patwari? Who is the officer behind the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed and saving him time and again? Why the officer is not coming out to openly support the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed? Why the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed today paid a visit to the office of Tehsildar Bhalwal and met with a Naib Tehsildar that too in the absence of Teshdar? Was he trying to influence the Naib Teshsildar to report in his favour? The corruption in Revenue department is not new thing but one Patwari Javed Ahmed has crossed all the limits in corruption and in accumulation of immoveable property especially land and he is not alone but his entire family is involved in one of the biggest corruption scam. The intriguing part of the story is that instead of teaching him morality, his family has happily become part of the biggest scam and land-grabbing. In one’s life the parents often play a positive role but here in case of corrupt Patwari his parents has taught him corruption and other wrong things.
The role of the senior revenue officers are mysterious and it is shabby. Despite the Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garg is striving hard to bridle the corrupt practices in the Jammu district, there are some revenue officers who are extending silent support to such corrupt revenue officials and deflating the DC crusade against the corruption.
The Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer, Jammu Ghansham Singh JKAS took 306 days to reply, which is an indirect attempt to hamper the investigation process by causing a long delay in the investigation so the matter with passage of time would fade away but the honest efforts of ACB has compelled the Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer, Jammu Ghansham Singh JKAS to reply. The Additional Deputy Commissioner, District Vigilance Officer, Jammu Ghansham Singh JKAS has given incomplete and misleading information, which can help the corrupt Patwari as benefit of doubts.
The reliable sources reveal that the family of corrupt Patwari is having more than 273 kanal land and that too in the Bhalwal tehsil and one more Patwari Padam Dev Singh has helped him and so ACB must interrogate the Patwari Parnab Dev Singh to get more startling revelations. There is character Pardeen is also very much involved in the land scandal as he is the right hand of the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed.
