- The ACB has booked the Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family members on 11-01-2021 and under FIR No 2.2021 for accumulating huge assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
- The senior Revenue Officer openly helping the corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed by executing ‘Rectification Deeds’ to cheat the law of land that too after the 210 and 213 days of registration of case in ACB Police Station and has been conveyed to the same officer.
- There is one character Pardin son of Raj Ali who is the right hand of the Patwari Javed Ahmed and he knows every corrupt practices of the said Patwari and Pardin should be interrogated to know about the scandal. Pardin should be booked too in this case by ACB.
- The Khewat 8 is still going on under the stay orders by Tehsildar and the case is still with Tehsildar Bhalwal, whereas next hearing is on 28-01-2022 then how can a Patwari issue Farad of land falling under Khewat 8 as it is still to be divided among the shareholders.

How a Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family can purchase such a huge land in one Tehsil? How a Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family can go for rectification in case of purchased land? What was the need to go for rectification of cost of land not in one registry but in two registries? Who is the officer behind rectifying the cost of land in case of Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family purchase? What was the motive of the officer who has made rectification deed in case of Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family land purchase? What was the personal interest of the officer who has made rectification deed in case of Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family land purchase? Who is this character Pardin son of Raj Ali resident of Bhalwal in the case of sale & purchase of land to Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family? These are some uncomfortable but relevant questions to the Revenue Department to be answered by them so that people may know that what the truth is in this case.
One Patwari namely Javed Ahmed and his family has bought huge land in one Tehsil Bhalwal and its quantity is 265 kanal and 13 marlas, which is very huge and in J&K there are very few families who are having such huge land. The sources said that Patwari Javed has purchased all the lands after being recruited as Patwari and prior to his recruitment as Patwari, Javed Ahmed was not having such huge land. The man has purchased more than 10 kanal of land in Bishnah Tehsil when he was posted in Bishnah Tehsil and later he sold to the people and they built their houses on the said land. The said land in Bishnah belonged to Irrigation department but the landman Patwari Javed Ahmed sold it to the people, which is a sort of cheating to the people and also a big cheat with the law of land and government.
The man is so powerful or his money is powerful that one senior Revenue Officer had done rectification deed in the case of two purchases. In one case the land sale-purchase was executed between Pardin and Bashir Ahmed father of Patwari Javed Ahmed on 25-05-2019 but after 810 days on 12-08-2021 the Patwari Javed Ahmed has gone for ‘Rectification Deed’. In second case of land sale-purchase was done on 15-02-2018 between one vendor Naseeb Singh son of late Jajju resident of Knagar Bhalwal and four vendees namely Shameem Akhtar, Nasreen Akhtar, Ranjeed Akhtar and Bashir Ahmed (father of Patwari Javed Ahmed) but ‘Rectification Deed’ was done on 09-08-2021 after 1271 days and both the rectification deeds have done by one officer and within the difference of three days but both was done after the registration of case against Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family by the Police Station of Anti Corruption Bureau Central J&K vide FIR No 02/2021 dated 11-01-2021.
The Revenue Officer has done two rectification deeds with his ulterior motive and he may be having some his personal interest otherwise what type of need arose to go for rectification deed. The officer who has done rectification deed was very well aware of the registration of FIR against the Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family members but the officers has done it for his personal interest. More ironically thing is that the Rectification Deeds were done after 210 and 213 days after the registration of FIR by the ACB and the said Revenue Officer has openly supported the person/persons who are booked by the ACB under the very serious allegations and acts.
