DC must take strict action!
- Patwari Shahsi Pal Singh is very much interested in Bishnah tehsil to fleece the people so he is openly violating the orders of Deputy Commissioner Jammu.
- DC Jammu must take strict action against the two Patwaris who openly violated his order for corrupt practices.
- People openly protested against the Patwari Deepak who working Tehsil Bishnah but people alleged that he is Patwari of only Property Dealers. His mobile may be checked that how many times he had made conversation with Property Dealers of the area and ignored the people.
- The people are in search of Patwari Deepak got tired but he hardly cares.

Jammu, Dec 07: Why some Patwaris are not honouring the orders of Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garg IAS? Why some Patwaris are openly defying orders of Deputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garag IAS? Why not the Deputy Commissioner Jammu is suspending those Patwaris who are openly violating his orders? Why the Patwari Shashi Pal Singh is not honouring the order of Derputy Commissioner Jammu Anshul Garg? Why Shashi Pal Singh has openly defied the orders of Deputy Commissioner Jammu regarding his transfer? These are some uncomfortable questions but relevant and important questions to be answered by the revenue department.
The Patwaris who are the lowest post in the revenue department has turned so violent that they hardly care for the orders of the Deputy Commissioner Jammu and not comply with the orders regarding transfer and posting. The Deputy Commissioner Jammu has ordered the transfers and posting of Patwaris vide order No 40-DCJ of 2021 dated 24-11-2021 and transferred eight Patwaris almost were transferred on complaint basis, but Shashi Pal Singh Patwari who remained Bishnah tehsil for decades has been transferred to Patwar Halqa Dablehar, tehsil Suchetgarh but not joined new place of postings. He indirectly challenged the authority of Deputy Commissioner Jammu by not joining the new place of posting. The order has categorically mentioned ‘The above Patwaris shall be deemed to have relieved with immediate effect.’ But the two Patwari one Munish Dev Singh Charak and Shashi Pal Singh are taking themselves above the order.
The illegal continuation on their prior place of posting clearly indicates that both are having some illegal interest so they have dared to violate the Deputy Commissioner Jammu orders. Now the Deputy Commissioner Jammu will definitely take strict action against the violators may place them suspended animation for this offence.
