Skill development Department is unruly, mismanaged, flawed

No transfer policy is offing!

• Ashiq Hussain Mir Head Assistant posted in the office of Directorate of Skill Development will get retirement from there.
• The Principal Secretary should intervene in this matter and save the future of students as the condition of Department of Skill Development is worsening with each day.

Jammu, Dec 05: Why is not the Administrative Department of Skill Development taking concrete action on those who are working in office of Director Skill Development Department for decades? Who is Ashiq Hussain Mir Head Assistant posted in the office of Directorate of Skill Development? Who is behind the Head Assistant Ashiq Hussian Mir? Is Head Assistant Ashiq Hussian Mir a powerful person in the department? When other employees are not allowed to move from Srinagar to Jammu then why Head Assistant Ashiq Hussian Mir allowed to move from Srinagar to Jammu? Who is another character Rakesh Singh in this episode? Is Rakesh Singh a Vocational Instructor? Then why he is working in office of Director? What type of interest is he having? Who is Hilal Ahmed working with the Ashiq Hussian Mir? Why they three are working despite they have different jobs? These are some typical and tough but relevant questions for the Director and Principal Secretary of Department of Skill Development and they must reply it for the interest of the department and the employees.
Let me tell you that Ashiq Hussain Mir Head Assistant posted in the office of Directorate of Skill Development has been assigned the job of so called cashier only to draw bills from treasury. The most intriguing part of the story is that could hardly work for the job he has been assigned. He is unable to discharge the duties for his assigned job then what is the fun to deploy him. The reports coming in office that his writing skill is very negligible and it should be tested. He manages his work by two other officials one is Hilal Ahmed and other is Rakesh Singh vocational instructor. The head assistant Ashiq Hussian Mir has managed the posting of Hilal Ahmed and Rakesh Singh in office of Directorate. The serious concern is that the students suffer for want of faculty but Rakesh Singh does not have the realization that he is instrumental to destroy the future of the students. Mr Ashiq posted at Directorate since decades manages faculty attachment and posting for his own work.
Now it is the turn of Principal Secretary to intervene in the issue. He must put Ashia Hussian Mir on type test or give him dictation to write in English or asked to receive dak or send dak through e-office, being head assistant he does not know his job, but definitely he know to manage helpers for him.
Both of them remain always busy in doing Ashiq official work and Ashiq remains busy in air tickets for officers. May be Ashiq has some hidden interest to do this and moreover he is the only head assistant enjoying the move from Jammu to Srinagar to get the hefty TA
