ACB writes a letter to DC Jmu for stopping land work but work is going on

Powerful Patwari Javed Ahmed controls Revenue department!

• 64 days earlier the ACB wrote a letter to DC Jammu to stop the work but the work on the land in question is being carried out in broad day light as there is no one to stop the work.
• Sources told that corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed has pumped huge money in this case to neutralize the ACB investigation and the money has flown to upward too.

Jammu, Nov 23: Why the Revenue department is not cooperating with the ACB for investigating corrupt practices in the case accumulation of huge immoveable property of a corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed? Why the request of the state premier corruption investigating agency ACB is being ignored time and again? Who is controlling the entire revenue department and holding the entire department to twist in the favour of corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed? Is money playing a major role to suppress the voice of ACB or there is another thing in this concern? These are very specific and relevant questions being raised in this news and the revenue officers must come out answer all these.
The issue is that ACB in its Police Station has a registered a case against one most corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmad posted at Kote in disproportionate assets case and others: he has accumulated more than 200 kanal prime land worth crores has been detected during searches conducted. Based upon the results of a Preliminary Enquiry conducted by the Anti Corruption Bureau on the allegations that one Javed Ahmed (Patwari) S/O Bashir Ahmed R/o Village Kanger Tehsil Bhalwal District Jammu posted as Patwari in Revenue Department at Kote has amassed huge immovable properties worth Crore of rupees in his own name and in the names of his family members which were highly disproportionate to his known sources of income, an FIR No. 02/2021 (PS ACB Central) was registered on 11.01.2021 u/s 5(1) (e) r/w section 5(2) PC Act and Sections 109, 120-B/RPC against accused persons namely Javed Ahmed, Bashir Ahmed, Ghulam Fatima, Nazia Kouser and others.
The Preliminary Enquiry has revealed that the accused Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members had accumulated immovable assets which included land more than 200 kanals at village Kanger Tehsil Bhalwal, Jammu. In order to avoid scrutiny before the eyes of law the assets were disguised in the names of the accused’s father, mother and wife.
After registration of the FIR against Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members for abetting the public servant in creation of this much amount of immoveable assets warrants were obtained and searches were conducted at their residential house and incriminating documents and articles have been recovered which are under scrutiny. The Bank accounts of the accused and his family members are also being scrutinized for further flow of amounts in them and also for presence of lockers maintained by the accused Javed Ahmed (Patwari) and his family members.
The ACB has immediately requested the SDM Jammu North vide its letter No ACB/Central/2021/1896 dated 10-08-2021 with a perception that it has been come to their notice that corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed and his family are planning to dispose the land in question, so the concerned Patwari may be given necessary directions to make necessary entries in the revenue records to stop further alienation of the property in question with intimation to the ACB office. But the SDM Jammu North failed to stop the work reason he may knows better but he will not tell as it will go against him, if he tells truth.
The utmost surprising part is that the same ACB has written a letter to Deputy Commissioner Jammu vide its letter No ACB/FIR-02-21/(C)/2021/2258 dated 20-09-2021 but still work is still going on the land in question. It is most intriguing part of the story that Javed Ahmed is so powerful; that he has controlled the office of DC Jammu. His money is powerful that DC Jammu could not stop the work on the land in question despite ACB request to stop the work but the work is openly going on.
