Javed Ahmed and Parnav Dev Singh are main culprits!
- Many heads will roll in this infamous investigation as many revenue officers have washed their hands and grease their palms.
- SDM jammu North has played very dubious role and he would be also investigated by ACB.

Jammu, Nov 18: Why Revenue department is openly supporting the accused Javed Ahmed Patwari who is involved in serious charges of having assets of disproportionate to his known source of income? Why SDM Jammu North is supporting corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmad and not cooperating with ACB? Why SDM Jammu North is dodging the ACB by not responding their letters including one letter No ACB/Central/2021/1896 dated 10-08-2021 and received in the office of 11-08-2021? Why SDM Jammu North is supporter of wrong doings and corrupt practices under his sub division? Why SDM Jammu North has not promptly taken action on the letter of ACB written to him for stopping the selling of land in question benami property of Patwari Javed Ahmed? Why not SDM Jammu North has directed the concerned Patwari to have necessary entries in Revenue records to alienation of his property? These are some very tough and uncomfortable questions for SDM Jammu North and DC Jammu to reply the people as they want to know the truth in the case.
The ACB today raided the office of Tehsil of Bhalwal Tehsildar and found many irregularities in the record. They have minutely checked the record and partially seized the record and also take the Photostat copies of rest of record. The corrupt Patwari Javed Ahmed has bought much benami land property and all in Tehsil Bhalwal and that too with the help of another corrupt Patwari Parnav Dev Singh, besides other revenue officers including the then Girdawar and Naib Tehsildar.
The Revenue team of ACB entered the office of tehsildar Bhalwal at 11 am and conducted the search and other process till 7 pm, which is matter of great concern. Such long investigation by ACB have seen very rare but it is clear that there is big fraud in this office and to cover this the SDM Jammu North has tried his but now he allegedly would be questioned by the ACB, The other character Patwari Parnav Dev Singh is also on the radar of ACB and be called any time by ACB for questioning.
