Khasra No 263 of Paloura belongs to JDA but wrongly allotted
Allotment orders should be cancelled!
- JDA is an independent department and authorized to allot the land under its domain, so other department has no right to interfere.

Jammu, Nov 10: How the land measuring 36 kanals 15 marlas falling under Khasra No 263 Patwar Paloura belonging to Jammu Development Authority be allotted to a person by other department? How the officer of other department has done such grave irregularities? What was the intention of the then officer for illegally allotting the JDA land to a private person? The Jammu Development Authority is itself a full-fledge department and authorised with all powers to allot the land falling under its jurisdiction and no other department is authorized for it. These are some relevant quarries itching in the mind of the people and the government must come up with the reply to the questions.
Since, the JDA came into existence, the land belonging to the Nazool and state government would be the property of JDA and in this concern the land falling under Khasra No 263 at Paloura went in the fold of JDA. Some corrupt officers have managed the land allotted to a private person in which the man the man has started his own procedure.
The JDA IN a reply to RTI vide its letter No AO/JDA/RTI/76/66 dated 10-09-2020 clearly state that land falling under Khasra No 263 at Plaoura belong to JDA. This reply is sufficient for signifying that the land is the property of JDA and JDA can allot this to anyone.
The matter has reached to Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) and they also visited the site and got the first had information, besides they have asked the concerned revenue officers to provide the land record.
Now the basic issue is that people are in quandary that who is right and who is wrong and why these corrupt officers are creating chaos among the people for fleecing the money.
