She challenges land-pimps!

Jammu, Nov 01: The mushroom developing of the unregistered and unplanned colonies in the entire Jammu is not secret to anyone but no Deputy Commissioner from the Jammu & Kashmir UT has acted tough against the land-robbers but Deputy Commissioner Samba has dared to act tough against the land-pimps who are cheating the people and the law of land by creating unrecognized and unauthorized colonies, which can be disastrous in future for the society.
While acting tough, the Deputy Commissioner Samba Anuradha Gupta today suspended issuance of fard intekhab in Sub Division Vijapur in view of mushrooming of unauthorized colonies in the area.
An order issued by the Deputy Commissioner states that “due to mushrooming of unauthorized colonies in various parts of Sub division of Vijaypur in the guise of normal sale purchase of land and to carry out an urgent field verification to rule out any attempt to develop unplanned & unauthorized colonies, the Sub Divisional Magistrate shall hold a detailed enquiry into the matter and submit the report.”
